Dream Catcher

Description

Myung Haneul is no different from any other girl.

No let me rephrase that: she’s not obviously different from any other girl.

During the day she is just like you and me, a normal teen stumbling through life.
But during the nights she varies from you and me.

When she wraps her blanket around her in bed and slowly let’s her eyes drift closed, that’s when her world and our world start to split.
While we fall asleep and go through the different phases of sleep, changing between non-REM and REM sleep, Haneul doesn’t.
At least not as frequent as we do. She will only experience two non-rem phases throughout the whole night, this means that 80% of her sleep is made up of REM sleep.

And let that just be the time when the dreams happen.

“In dreams we enter a world that’s entirely our own.”

Foreword

When Haneul goes to sleep she always wakes up in a lighthouse.
This is the place where she always spends her nights.

Different from anyone else she always remembers her dreams, and that's not the only thing:

she literaly lives them.

The lighthouse is like a second home to her and the only place where she feels she can truly relax.
It has everything to make her feel comfortable and warm.

The only downside to her cozy nights?
She's always utterly alone.

That is... until one night.
