Foreword
Author's Note: An entry for Shoes of a Unicorn Writing Contest.
I wrote this in two days. I'm not sure where I should start with this author's note. But I know that it was supposed to be completely different because I had my heart broken by too many boys early this month. So many boys, and so little time, again and again, five heartbreaks in the first few days of December.
But then on the 17th, a boy came back and broke it again. It screwed up everything I wanted with this one-shot. It was supposed to be Jihyo having a boyfriend and Joongki was just going to be depressed then Jihyo was supposed to be Joongki's sister and then she died, but that didn't work out. In the end, the boy who came back broke my heart and decided to put himself down to make me feel better or something. And now, I'm just trying ot figure out everything, but I know this.
I want to be like the Joongki at the end of this one-shot. I want that. So so much, life isn't easy, it will never be easy, but there is always something to be fighting for. There are so many people who will back you up, and it will be grand. It's not the end of the world, but it might feel like it.
Oh well. Breathe. It will continue to grow. You will continue to have memories. And that's okay too.
I've always wanted to write a Running Man member centric one-shot and here it is. I think I'm proud of this. In a short amount of time, I wrote all this and I'm impresssed.
So Lucas, thank you for breaking my heart. Thank you for being a terrible person. If it wasn't for you, I'd would have never finished this. And you'll never read this, but I don't care. I just wanted to name drop you so bad.
