I was running as fast as I could along an ally, as I turned the corner I couldn't hear them following me any more. I stopped to look at my surrounding and realized I was down town in the run down apartments. I guess I ran too much not realizing I had stepped foot in such a place. As I looked to my right I noticed an old lady turning the corner and stopped to look at me, with agape. Of course she would be surprised seeing me, the son of one of the richest man in the U.S., who owns about three different companies and five mansions. I who at the age of 18 will inherit it all, is standing right in front of her. Plus an eye-catching beauty at that, who wouldn't be amazed to see me. Then I suddenly heard loud voices coming our way meaning I needed to hide quickly. I turned to look at the old lady signaling her to keep quiet but she was gone. Instead I heard a door open and saw a girl about my age come out from the most decent looking apartment across from me. She was wearing black shorts that went a little bit above her knees with suspenders an a white shirt tucked in. She had black flawless hair and fair skin, with a lively aura surrounding her. Then I heard voices behind me and I just ran towards her and pulled her into the apartment. I put my hand over so she wouldn't scream. She was tense in my arms but didn't struggle. I shut the door behind us and locked it, and hid behind it with the girl in my arms. The voices got louder " I thought you said you saw him run this way" said voice number one. "I did" said voice number two. "Yeah right, he would never step foot in such a place. He would die then pass through here. Come on let's go and report to the boss that we lost him" said voice number one. The voices got further and further away until you couldn't hear them any more. I was about to let the girl go until she stepped on me and bit my hand.
