Jinwoo’s POV

Walking on Myungdong street, I can clearly feel the cold cutting into my flesh. I’ve never liked winter. I hate the feeling being surrounded by thousands of clothes and my teeth chattering while my hand almost freezing. Sometimes I wish I was a bear, who can sleep through winter and wake up when spring says hello. Winter always makes me feel lazy and sluggish, have no motivation to do anything except curling up in warm blankets. This winter supposed to be the same but it gradually turns out different.

Mino wanted to keep his promise to bake for  me, so the next day, I could finally explore his place.

“Hyung, come here quickly before you freeze”, Mino waved at me as he was standing at the door waiting for me.

He lives in an apartment at the end of a small alley, it’s quite dark there. His apartment is exactly a typical one of an art student. It’s not quite neat but also not too messy. Pictures are everywhere and smell of paints evoke every corner. I was impressed by his paintings all kinds of faces on the living-room wall, a little bit creepy but really artistic to be honest.

“Please feel like it’s your home hyung, do you want some hot tea?”, Mino helped  me hang up my coat.

“Uhm, thank you”, I look around the living room

“You draw all of these, no, of course you do. I forget you’re an art student, Mino. Wowww”, I was still overwhelmed by his pictures. “Oh my god, why so brilliant Mino yah”, I said, pointing at the stunning portrait near the window

“Okay, stop complimenting me. I still have a lot to learn”, Mino gave me the tea, smiled excitingly.

Then I had a chance to taste Mino’s homemade pizza that day. Mino is a good cook as he said, completely contrary to me.

“Taehyun likes cheese pizza. It has to be a lot of cheese on it”, Mino said while we ate, smiled faintly

“That’s why you made it so freaking delicious. You usually make it for him right?”

“Yeah. Those days…”, Mino suddenly paused.  “What do you want me to make next time, not only cake but other dish too, hyung?”

“Anything will do, Chef”, I , but wondering what he wanted to say before that.

“Jinwoo hyung. I’m really sorry I didn’t think carefully when I said those words to you. I want you to know that I’m really glad to be friend with you”, Mino apologized to me

“I accept your apology Mino ah. It’s okay. But you have to know that your plan is crazy”
