"Tae, you're my life. I'll never let you go and I know you can succeed." 

He woke up from his sleep, it had been 5 years and he still dreamt about it. 
5 years ago, the night before his debut he didn't only let go of his youth he also let go of his love. 
"If you really want one thing, you have to give up on another." He mumbled for himself in the dark. 
He realized it 5 years ago, and have since then said it, again and again.
Then Jongin debuted. 
He is happy about it, but it makes everything harder. 

So this is my first fanfiction, like ever... I know I have a long way to go but I would really appreciate all the constructive criticism and support I can get. 

Also I'm just putting it out there in case you think you some of the things in the story sounds similiar to things you read somewhere before. The story have parts that are inspired from real life Taemin and Kai, like the title is a quote from Taemin and parts of the story are taken from Taemin's 4 thing show, and some interview taekai did for someone about Pretty Boy, where they described eachother. Though I have sort of modified somethings from what they originally stated to make it sound more gay, the basic is still the same I guess, Sooo No this is not plagiarized. (If this confuses you, just ignore it and I hope you enjoy the story ^^'/)
