hey! don't really have much to say so here goes. I'm not exactly new here although this is a fresh and new baby account. I've been around for a while now but I'd like to stay new so yeah, that's that. this is pretty cliche and what not with the performing arts school and stuff, but I'm kind of in love with it? really excited to write about housemates and all that stuff, so that's new. no plotlines or character guidelines or anything because I want to give you guys freedom and see what you can come up with! hopefully that isn't too hard for you guys. really looking forward to all the exciting applications you guys will be turning in! thanks so much everyone!

or the past few years, Seoul's School of Performing Arts has been receiving an influx in the amount of applications sent in by future students who wish to become a member of their student body. Due to the high percentage of successful students who graduate Seoul's School of Performing Arts, many students are determined to achieve their dreams with the aid of the school. Now that applications are opened for the new fall semester, it's becoming harder and harder to get accepted. The acceptance percentage rate has dropped to a low 7%, which is in the same range as Ivy League schools.
Although the student body isn't that huge, Seoul's School of Performing Arts is experiencing a shortage in the number of dorms compared to the number of students. Many students decide to find roommates and rent an apartment close by, but most find it easier to gather a group of students and buy a house. The most popular place to buy a house for the students attending SSPA is Jinmeok Street, located in a suburban area right next to the school. With affordable prices and big houses that can room up to 6 people, it's the best deal.
As promising students start to receive their acceptance letters, the new fall semester starts before we know it. Fresh faces and amazing talents are seen on every corner and the stakes are higher than they have ever been before. These 10 talented and different students have no idea what's coming for them as they move into Jinmeok Street and begin their new lives at Seoul's School of Performing Arts.

one » subscribe if you plan on applying! commenting isn't required but it's nice to be involved in the story instead of just applying just to apply. I know so don't try to trick me lol. upvotes aren't required, but lovely!
two » 4 girls will be chosen, so make your application unique, eye-catching, and great!
three » love interests can be from any group, but I suggest choosing from either exo, teen top, or infinite since I only really stan them. but more about this will be talked about in the cheat sheet, just know that if you don't really like anyone in those groups, you can choose whoever you want. (: chunji of teen top will be taken as a love interest.
four » application will most likely be lengthy because I won't be included either plotlines or characters guidelines to follow. I'm very open to all kinds of characters so I won't be limited anything, so maybe that'll make it easier to fill out.
five » you'll be allowed to choose ulzzangs as your face claims. i'll allow non-korean idols/actresses/ulzzangs/etc. as your face claim, but no korean idols. kim sooyeon (mint) is taken as a face claim!
six » more information will be included in the cheat sheet! please read it before you even look at the application.
