Enigmatic
GraveBefore I begin, I would like to apologize for the lack of descrptive detail. I've always been an impatient person. I had always wanted to imagine the surroundings myself instead of have the author do it for me because sometimes I wasn't satisfied or pleased with the appearance of the character or surroundings, though most of the times the authors did a great job. Besides, I focus more on the plot than anything else. If this was a full-on story and not a one-shot, however, I know I have to be more descritive so that the readers will not have a hard time imagining stuff. Now that I've given you my heads-up, I'll write the story now. Please review. ^.^
"Did you kill her?!" Tiffany asked. Taeyeon stared blankly at the floor, lifeless, but not as lifeless as the corpse in front of her that was sprawled out on the floor. Taeyeon was in a daze and distant while Tiffany was freaking out and on the verge of tears. The blood seeping from the body kept spilling out, creating a small pool of blood.
"Taeyeon! Answer me!" Tiffany cries, reaching out to Taeyeon's soft locks. Taeyeon looked up and stared with those emotionless eyes. This was wrong. Taeyeon had always been a quiet and reserved person, but she was also really dorky and warm. Tiffany bursted into tears when she noticed Taeyeon's hands were bloody. The realization had finally hit her, and now, her desire to hear the answer was no longer strong.
"I-I.. I killed her.." Taeyeon stuttered in a hoarse whisper while staring at her blood-stained hands. Tiffany's eyes widened and the tears came even more. Her knees felt like they weren't bones, but jello. Her voice was strained from the loud shouting she had done earlier. Taeyeon eyed the blood running down from her hands down to her fingertips, then dropping to the wooden floor with a silent, inaudible sound. Then, the blood started to dry. She slowly pointed to the knife planted inside of Jessica's stomach. I was the cause of this. Taeyeon had wanted to say, but she couldn't speak anymore.
