Background:
Both of them lost their parents along with their memories at the age of 4/5. That was when the organization took them in and trained them.
They was told that their parents stole something very important from the boss and the boss took them as the replacement of her lost.
They were like a puppet without the visible strings. They made them into an idol as a cover. While at night they sneak around spying bad guys and steal stuff back.
