" YAH, you fat little midget. Get out of my way " a strong force pushed Minseok to the ground roughly as he fell unceremoniously, along with the papers he had neatly arranged in his arms. He looked up shakily at the guy he had ran into, eyes widening in fear as realised his huge mistake in utter horror.

 It was the bastard, Gikwang, whom made Minseok's life a living hell since the start of highschool. God knows why he decided to target the scholarship student when he didn't even bothered the guy or even gave him a second glance on the first day. Rich kids has too much time in their hands, Minseok thought internally as he held himself back from punching the guy and just sat there silently.

A crowd started to form, surrounding the boys as Minseok rolled his eyes, don't these pansy jewellery-crazed ers have anything else to do?

" Whatever , I am in a hurry so I'll deal with you later. " The male scoffed, giving Minseok a final glare before rushing off.

The chubby male sighed as he started to gather up his papers, cursing himself for not paying attention to his surroundings and it was definitely going to make him pay for it later. Mumbling under his breath as he slowly gathered the scattered papers, sorting them out according to their orginial pages. He breathed out an irritated sigh as he found out he was missing one and it pissed him off even more. 

 He was startled by a soft poke on his shoulder as he turned and stared straight into a pair of beautiful doe eyes, which were shining brightly like gems, easily getting into the abyss of the enchanting brown orbs. He stared shamelessly, mouth agape at the beauty staring right back at him. 

An awkward cough brought him back from his daze as he realised he was caught staring. He looked away hastily, scratching his head awkwardly as embarrassement clouded his features. The beauty smiled, eyes twinkling as she was amused at the cute boy and passed a lone paper towards him.

" Wow " Minseok's mind came to a halt as he was mesmerized, sure she couldn't be human as he took in her oval shaped face, captivating doe eyes and cute button nose with soft looking plushy lips. She was extremely beautiful and he felt embarrassed just being next to her. 

He quickly took the paper as he avoided eye contact, scrambling his feet to stand up and softly mumbled a thank you. Quietly placing the paper on the stack, as he could feel his cheeks getting redder and redder by the second. 

Her smile brightened as she stood up, raising her hand towards her chin and brought it down gracefully.

The gesture confused Minseok as he looked weirdly at her, causing the poor girl to be embarrassed as she blushed furiously and shook her head. She took a step back cautiously and turned to run away, leaving Minseok gaping wordlessly. This confused him even more, did he offend her or something ? Weird.

Nonetheless, she did intrigued him.

He stared towards the direction she was running and saw that she had accidently knocked onto a locker nearby. The sound was deafening as her forehead collided with the hard metal. He widened his eyes in shock as he quickly started to walk towards the lockers, worried for her poor skull. 

However, when he took a step forward, the girl stood up abruptly and dusted herself off. She looked around for any passer-bys that could've witness her clumsy moment and when she was satisfied, she started walking normally as if she didn't got herself head slammed on to the locker. 

Minseok was impressed at the girl's tolerance, a normal person like her in this school would've started crying and suing the school for ruining her 'perfect' fake nose or something. Though the girl didn't looked like she had anything done to her face, not to mention putting any make up on. 

Besides that. she was actually kind of cute. He chuckled when he saw the girl rubbing her forehead as she slowly walked further and further away. 

Maybe he should try to talk to her more.

Maybe it wouldn't be so bad to be friends with a girl like her. 

Maybe she's not like everyone else.

The question was so simple yet Minseok find it hard to do and to believe in. He never had a friend in his entire life, his parents died when he was in middle school which made him stopped opening up, to just wallow in his own grief and self pity. Ultimately drifting apart from his friends, whom never bothered to chase him back. Adding on the fact she, who was obviously a higher class elite student, actually bothered to help the school's poorest kid and even smiled at him. 

But who was he kidding ? He had seen enough of two faced es in this school and he isn't going to waste his time to find out if that angel faced is one either. What's there to judge from only mere minutes of interaction ?

Minseok sighed as he quickly head towards the library, feeling a slight tug in his chest with the images of her, flashing across his mind. 

" She's just like everyone else. She's just like everyone else. " He repeatedly chanted the mantra in his head, refusing to let anyone in his heart anymore. 

AN: Hey guys, I hope you like this story my friend //denise// thought of & practically bombed me with the entire story. Yes im crediting you rn ok pfft. This is an angst story & Im not really good at this but im gonna give it a go.  //goingtomakeitfluffirst// Not sure if who'll will end up with whom though. THERE WILL BE XIUHAN(OFCOS), but it'll be in further chapters. First minnie is going to have a heart break wahahaha ( imsorry )
