Sitting on my bed I felt my wrist, the place you pressed on for your heart beat. Rubbing the skin I wondered how easy it would be to end a life. Beating, throbbing, was my heart. Would something change if I was gone? Laughing slowly and mechanically I rid my mind of the thought. I wasn't stupid. I was just lost, lonely, tired. So many words to explain my state of mind.
