His Fragile Lines

Description

It was a tradition. A tradition within Misa's family at least, to go off to the countryside every Summer vacation to visit her grandfather whom have been admitted into the hospital for hopeless and endless years. Upon mere coincidence or as he would call it, "The Wheel of Fate", Misa accidentally enters into the room of a particular boy. A particular boy who bears the cheerful and adorable charm of a deer that resembled his doe-like eyes, much to her teasing and his disliking. Although she finds the boy rude at first, they end up seeing each other every day and gradually they become closer but Misa only has a limited amount of time in the countryside. As the Summer passes, how will things turn out for the two of them?

"In the end, I want it to be you."

Foreword

The countryside stretched before her like a great quilt of golden, brown and green squares held together by the thick green stitching of the hedgerows. It rose and fell like giant waves on a gentle ocean and was dotted with animals. Occasionally there was a wood that separated the fields, or a farmhouse or barn. Misa was able to see her whole day mapped out before her, rambling through pastures and over stiles, she hitched her picnic over her shoulder and felt her lips curl into a smile.

I'm always running on a straight road.

Surrounded by the rustling, Summer grass

Together with the wind blowing,

the breeze in my hair,

and my skirt fluttering,

I'm always running towards that person.

'Luhan'
