Happy GD-Day!!!!!

The room filled by noisy sound of horns and cheers from Jiyong’s friend. Jiyong is smiling widely. Yes, he is officially 27 now.

Like every years, his birthday celebration is always great. But this year is special…, at least for him. This year, instead of celebrating with YG Family, he is celebrating his birthday in Tokyo, with his friends there, also Xin and Dany

“Happy birthday, Jiyong…” a girl wishes him happy birthday. Jiyong couldn’t hide his happiness and smiles widely

“Thanks, Kiko…” he says and hugs her

The party is awesome. They chose ‘costume party’ for the theme, and they’re partying like crazy all the night. Well, what are you expecting for when a bunch of party animals meet in one time?

Jiyong scans the room and laughing at his friends craziness. But then, he found Xin in the corner of the room, sitting and smiling over his phone. Jiyong approaches him, intends to tease xin. But when he gets closer, he could see that Xin’s smile is…., a bitter smile

“The party is not interesting for you?” Jiyong asks. Xin startles in surprise, but then he just chuckles

“The party is great, Ji. Just…, it’s so different with last year, right?” Xin answers, raise his hand to show Jiyong what he has on his phone. Jiyong snapped. Last year party….

He takes a look on Xin’s phone and sees the picture of his birthday party last year. a picture of him, sitting between Xin…, and Chaerin…

And somehow, he feels a little sting in his heart. But then, he forces a smile

“Yeah…, just too different” Jiyong mumbles. Xin knows Jiyong’s expression, and what he feels. But he just let it go. Jiyong is his best friend, but he has no right to invade his privacy.

He decides to go to dany, joining him on the couch and watching people partying. Even though deep in his heart, Xin doesn’t like the party at all. There’s no love or family bound here, just a bunch of party animal people who are dressing and partying wildly like crazy.

Jiyong is still lean on the wall. He takes his phone and checks his instagram. No birthday wishes from her… he smiles bitterly. And somehow breaks his heart a little…

Flashback

Jiyong couldn’t stop glancing at her. She looks absolutely stunning today. And during the encore stage.., he keeps glancing at her.

On the backstage, he decided to encourage himself, talking to her

“Chaerin-ah…” he calls her. Chaerin turns around

“Neh”

Jiyong gulps. Her tone… is just so cold. And it hurts him every time she speaks to him in this way

“Let’s talk for a moment” Jiyong said

“Just say it, Oppa” she answers coldly

“Here?” Jiyong frowns

“Then?” Chaerin frowns back

Jiyong knows that Chaerin is still mad at him. After their ‘ice age’ for the last view moths, finally they could break the ‘ice’ and get close again. Yeah, thanks to skrillex and his dirty vibe.

Being together in L.A for view days gives him a little time to make up with Chaerin. And until yesterday rehearsal they were still ok. They even dance together for they TBF

But this morning…., everything was turned upside down again.

Jiyong got a message from Yoon, told him that his friends in Tokyo has prepared a birthday party for him and wished him to fly there tonight

Jiyong was so confuse. He had promised to celebrate his birthday with Chae… but…, if he didn’t come to Tokyo, then his friends would be so upset. They even set a party and prepared everything for him

Then Kiko sent him a picture. A hint for his birthday cake

Finally, Jiyong decided to tell Chaerin that he would fly to Tokyo after the concert and wished her to go along with Xin and Dany. But Chaerin refused him instantly

“Go with me, Chae…” Jiyong says softly. Chaerin is still frozen, but then she’s turning around

“You won’t need me there” she puts her shades on. “Have fun there, Oppa” she says flatly then walks away, leaving Jiyong

End of flashback

“Hey…, you ok?” Kiko approaches him, asks softly, snapping Jiyong from his thought

“I’m ok. Thanks for the party…, it’s awesome” He smiles cheekily and Kiko pecks his lips lightly

“I’m glad you like it” She smiles too, and kisses him. Jiyong kisses her back, like before they broke up. This is what he wants, getting back with Kiko, and finally she gives him another chance

But the kiss, doesn’t feel the same anymore…

Jiyong couldn’t feel the same feeling he used to have

At her apartment in Seoul, Chaerin is sitting alone

She looks at the little cute cupcakes she baked early this morning. she remember when Jiyong promised her to spend his birthday together. And even though she just got back from L.A, did rehearsal and didn’t even have a time to rest properly, she woke up before dawn and prepared a birthday cake for Jiyong.

She was smiling nonstop when she made those beautiful cupcakes. Finally, after being suffering from her cold-war with Jiyong, they made up and she feels so damn happy.

But this morning, Jiyong just broke her heart again….

After took her to fly high in the sky, he let her go and fall down

Again..,

Chaerin picks the 2 and 7 candles from its pack, put it on the cupcakes

She thought he was changed…

She thought he was really changed….

She thought he would keep his promise this time…

She thought he was become hers again…..

But she was wrong again…

Tears start to fall from her eyes as she light the candle. She takes her phone and takes a picture of the cakes

Then she plays a song and keep looking at the burning candles with tears keeps flowing

And she starts to sing with a bleeding heart…

It’s just too hurt to her

Chaerin, the baddest female, is now breaking down, hugging her knees as her teary and swollen eyes keeps watching the candles that almost completely melt

Until the song ended…, and she takes a deep breath

“Happy birth day, Jingyo….” She whispers

Jiyong is now sitting on the plane, fly back to Seoul.

After the party over, he went with Kiko for their supposed to be ‘private time’

But before they left the party area, Xin grabbed his hand

“I wish this will be your final choice, Ji. If it is, just make it clear then, and don’t give her another fake hope. She’s hurt already”

Xin said before left them

And Jiyong knew perfectly who was ‘she’ refers to. And after that, his mind couldn’t focus on Kiko anymore.

Fake hopes…

Those words keep ringing in his head. Kiko realized that there was something wrong with him, but let it go

But Jiyong couldn’t help it anymore. he grabbed his things and go before doing anything, and pissed her of

He just apologized and call Xin immediately, told him that he would go home today

And in the evening, they, along with Dany fly back to Seoul

“It’s still my birthday, right….” Jiyong mumbles nervously as he looking outside of the window, where the sky is perfectly beautiful

“Missing your ‘Sky’?”Xin asks in a teasing sound, and Jiyong just nods

“I wish she will forgive me, Xin…” he says, still looking at the golden red sky… sunset

“Have you decided it yet?”Xin asks again. Jiyong finally looks at him, frowns. Xin sighs. “Whom your heart belong to?” He adds

Jiyong thinks for a moment. “I think, yes” He turns his head back to the sky outside…

Jiyong is heading straight to Chaerin’s apartment. He called Tedy before, asked whether Chaerin was at studio. But he said that Chae wasn’t there, so he goes right to Chaerin’s place. He is nervous as hell. Chaerin didn’t pick up his call since last night. She didn’t even reply any messages he had sent. And not even a single birthday whishes from her….

He runs immediately to Chaerin unit. He rings the bell, bangs her door, but thyere’s no answer. 

He bangs her door once again, but still no answer. Then he tried to punch the code, and he did! Chaerin didn’t change the code

He smiles and rushes into her unit immediately, calls her name… but there’s no one

“Chae… where are you?” he calls again walking around the apartment. His heart starts to beatuncontrollably. He keeps walking until he reaches the kitchen area. and he feels like being by a thunder.

His eyes landed on the plate on top of the dining table. His body starts to shaking, as he steps closer. And finally, he feels his feet lose their strength. He sits on the chair Chaerin used to sit there. His vision is blurred by tears as he looks at the abandoned cupcakes in front of him.

Those are hand-made. Made by Chaerin…, Jiyong knew it perfectly. His heart feels like crushed by a truck as he reads something written there,

Happy 27^th birthday, Jingyo…

That was…, Chaerin’s handwritten

He couldn’t hold his cried anymore, when his eyes look at the remains of burned candles over those cakes.

His tongue becomes stiffen, and it’s hard for him to breath. He feels like crooked all of sudden

His trembling hand reaches Chaerin’s phone over the table and his tears flows more

Jiyong is still crying, play the song

He cries harder as he listening to every word on the lyric. Imagining Chae was sitting here alone, with birthday cakes she made special for him, listening to this broken-hearted song

While he was partying… with another woman……

He cursed himself instantly as he realized, his mistake

Yes, he is a fool

“Hunchae…., I’m sorry…….” He sobs painfully

Then he feels his phone vibrates. It’s Minji, replied his message before. And he feels like his sky in now really fall when he read it

Oppa, Chae Unnie just went home to her house at Itaewon.

She said she won’t come to Bigbang’s anniversary tomorrow since she has to accompany Ash for his photo shot. Unnie asked me to say her apology to everyone

Jiyong feels his heart is broken into pieces….

And now, it’s too late for him to realize his mistakes…
