Reminders:

It is required that ALL Challenge Mode entries have a poster. (50 points will be dedcucted from your Challenge points if your story doesn't have a poster when I grade your entry)

Be sure to fill out the Challenge Mode Entry form (to the right or in the foreword), not the general entry form.

01. The prompts, characters, genre, etc. are what I require for the challenge. if you would like to use additional characters, themes, genres, etc., that is up to you.

02. You do not have to use one of the prompts given as your main prompt. however, all prompts given must be used at some point in your story. (The only exceptions to this rule are challenges 17 and 18. Please read under challenge 17/18 for more information.)

03. You can enter older stories, even if they weren't specifically written for the challenge. Just be aware that the story has to fit into within the guidelines of the challenge to be eligible for the points the challenge offers

04. If a challenge has more than one love interest (ex, challenge #16 - Hamao Kyousuke/Fukushi Souta/Miura Haruma) You must pick at least one for the love interest.

05. The more that you do beyond my basic requirements for a challenge, the more bonus points you are likely to get.

06. The 'Total Challenge Points' does not include any bonus points that are stated in the cheatsheet. The challenge points are the bonus points alone for taking on the challenge, and additional bonus points that are stated in the cheat sheet will be taken into account during grading.

07. Challenge Mode entries, must still follow the rules of this contest, no exceptions.

08. A poster is required for all Challenge Mode entries. Though you do not need a poster when you submit your entry, your story has to have a poster by the time the final deadline comes. Major points will be deducted for not following this rule.

09. Challenge 17 & Challenge 18 entries must be posted within three months of the date I send you the prompts. This is to allow ample time for you to decide which option you want to write about, as well as time to plan out the story before you post it. If you need an extension, a one month extension to this deadline will be given. If you fail to post your story within the time given then you must resubmit your answers to my questions and you will be given a new set of prompts or there will be some changes done to the prompts I have already sent you.

10. If you do not find any of the options for Challenge 17 inspiring then let me know and we can discuss a way for me to make a prompt that inspires you. However, I will not write anymore prompts for you after that, unless you have written stories for the majority of the options I have given you. (This also applies to Challenge 18, though you can only request a new prompt once. No exceptions.)

11. You can enter Challenge 17 and 18 as many times as you would like. I will likely send you between 2 and 5 options to choose from for Challenge 17. You may request more prompts/options to be sent to you after you have written stories for the majority of the options I have sent you already (so if I send you three options for Challenge 17, you must write stories for at least two of the options I have given you). For Challenge 18 you can only request a new prompt once you have completed your entry for Challenge 18.

12. You must finish each Challenge 17 entry before you can enter another story into Challenge 17. You must notify me if you wish to withdraw your Challenge 17 or 18 entry before it is completed. If you do not and simply delete your entry then you will not be allowed to enter anymore stories into Challenge 17 or 18 and you will not be welcome to participate in Challenge 17 or 18 in the future. The only way to become eligible to participate in Challenge 17 or 18 again is to remake your previously deleted entry and enter it back into the Challenge and to complete it. If it is not completed I will not consider you eligible to further participate in the Challenge.
