Gotta Be Bold (No Worries)

gotta be bold (no worries).

Things were very easy for Lu Han. He had a lot of money, good looks and had more money. It was not that he earned the money with his own blood and tears. He would never do that. His family was that successful. Specifically his father who owned several amusement parks in China and also in Korea. He was grateful to be that fortunate. Otherwise he would have been studying and do all that like working.

Whom was he kidding? He would never do something as bothersome as that. He was too good for that. It was not his dad's money that made him this spoiled. He was always spoiled, since birth always wanting to get the newest toys. Lu Han's little naive brain did not think about his parents' wallet whenever he asked them for toys. He thought that it was their job to make him happy. That was Lu Han's understanding of happiness.

Money was happiness.

"Can't you hurry? Someone give me something to drink!" Lu Han groaned and waved his phone back and forth. He was inside his dad's huge car, on the way to the closest amusement park. He did not want to try any rides but just walk around. He wanted to be familiar to the place and workers. After all, he had to remember the faces of those peoples that had to obey him. He was still the son of the owner so therefore the place belonged to him too.

There was one guy who was softening Lu Han's neck pillow with his hands. Another one was opening a bottle of water for Lu Han while a third person was providing wind with a mini portable fan so Lu Han wouldn't die from the hot weather. He admitted that he was spoiled, how couldn't he? Anyone in his place would have done that and there are probably worse people out there. Him being spoiled didn't mean that he was rude.

He was actually quite nice just demanding and sometimes strange.

When the car halted, the neck pillow was removed and put aside. As well as the fan and the drink. Another bodyguard who had been standing in front of the gates of the amusement park opened the door next to Lu Han. It was the biggest and most popular one so Lu Han just had to see it. It hadn't been long since it was opened therefore he didn't have the chance to look. Today was the day to check if all the visitors weren't lying and it was worth their money.

Well not really Lu Han's money, as he wouldn't have to pay. That was one of the benefits of being the son of the owner. He wouldn't have to get his wallet, could order people around and they would have to listen. He was not that mean to do it. He only did that a few hundred times.

Deciding for the time being to just walk around, Lu Han did not spot anything weird in particular. It was the usual, screaming children, stupid laughter and too many people. Lu Han totally appreciated that so many people would come since that meant that his dad would get more money. Which again meant that Lu Han would also get his share. He was after all the son so that would be fine. He was only twenty-three so how could earn money on his own?

There was something called working but no.

Just no.

Back to the topic, those three billion people squeezed into this little place were annoying and made him feel uncomfortable. Not even his bodyguards whom followed him couldn't make space for him. Lu Han sighed under the burning sun and plopped himself on an unoccupied bench.  He wanted to rest his body. Actually it was one of his bodyguards who carried Lu Han for at least a third of the walk.

The reason was that his legs hurt and from the back of this guy, who was pretty tall, Lu Han had no problems to see.

Trying to disregard the aching in his legs, Lu Han looked up to the blue sky. He just stared at the limitless blueness. That was relaxing for him. Lu Han could only relax when he blanked the noise from the background. He wasn't stressed with work (because he didn't) but was it too much to ask for simply relaxing? To let his body rest? Lu Han liked it the most to close his eyes for a moment and be quiet. When he opened them again, he could spot something on the sky. He narrowed his eyes and tilted his head up:

A balloon?

A red balloon. But what was it doing up there? Did someone let it fly away or was it by mistake? It should not really concern Lu Han and he should have just continued but he strangely couldn't. The balloon was on his mind and when this got into his brain- a blare of crying interrupted. Lu Han turned his head to the left and right side, trying to match that annoying crying with an equally annoying looking child. He eventually found her who was pointing at the sky, indicating that it was her balloon that flew away.

Shouldn't she ask for a new one? Lu Han doubted that this balloon was like the last one on this planet.

Well before Lu Han could go back to resting, he first had to make sure, if the balloon person looked nice enough to do that. If not then Lu Han would just fire them. So narrowing his eyes for the second time, Lu Han's gaze travelled from the snot emitting girl to the hand with the strings of the many balloons. This again was pushed aside by moving further and further up until their face could be seen.

Lu Han's eyes widened when he had seen the whole appearance of that person.

He snapped his thumb and middle finger together so that a bodyguard hurried to his side and gave him a pair of binoculars. They already knew how Lu Han acted whenever he saw someone good looking, "Name...give me his name...." He gasped in surprise and complete awe at what he saw. With shaky hands, he held the binoculars on both sides tighter and just stared at him for long minutes. He was studying every little detail of the handsome guy's face. He was that enthralling.

"Actually we don't know. He looks kinda new."

"You are useless. Be grateful that I didn't fire you."

It was not known when exactly Lu Han got up to stand on the bench. He was still holding those ridiculous binoculars to check out the other, "Myungsoo!" He called his personal assistant and held the binoculars firmer against his eyes. How can such a hot human being exist? It was not that it was his first time to see someone good looking. He just had never seen this type of person. Still staring he could feel that Myungsoo was in front of him sighing. He was serving him for quite a while and kind of got used to it.

Without saying more, Lu Han jumped on Myungsoo's back and ordered him to go to that guy. His legs still hurt and he would never embarrass himself in front of him. Only the sight caused his heartbeat and breathing to become erratic, his blood started to boil. That never happened before. Should he be concerned or what? Whatever if it was him to be like that then he didn't have a problem. The closer he (or Myungsoo) came to the one handing out balloons the quicker his heart pounded. Lu Han didn't know what to particularly say to catch his attention.

Therefore, when they were close enough, Lu Han blurted out the first thing that came into his mind:

"You're hot."

Even though it was Lu Han who terribly embarrassed himself like that, Myungsoo couldn't help but put Lu Han off his back and run away. He felt too much second-hand embarrassment as if it was him who had said that. Lu Han on the other hand turned red from what he had just said. How could he? He would probably be stamped as a creeper. A rich creeper. He had to save himself before he would get kicked out of the amusement park in handcuffs.

"I- what I meant was...!"

This was harder than he thought; turning even redder, he waved everything off though the guy was staring at his balloons. Finally noticing that Lu Han tried to have a decent conversation with him or explain why he was not a creep, the guy nodded. He looked up at the flaring sun and then showed Lu Han a breath-taking smile. How could he play with his heart like that? This smile shouldn't have been legal since it could clearly kill. He swore that his heart stopped right there:

"Yeah I am hot. I think it is very hot. The children are all hot whenever I touch them."

"What..." Lu Han thought that this was a joke but the smile never left the other's lips.

This was the first time Lu Han witnessed his obliviousness.

-x-

So here he was, sitting next to hotness on legs and this guy did not even look once at Lu Han. He didn't. He was still giving those annoying children stupid balloons that they could have asked their parents for. Why would they bother Sehun for that? Okay this was his job and he was being paid for it but it was still stupid. There was something called a break and standing in that warm weather was too much.

"Hey balloon man! What was your name again?"

"Oh Sehun."

That was the tenth time Sehun had introduced himself. At first Lu Han just wanted to test him being dense and after the sixth time he preferred to listen to his voice. He was nothing like Lu Han's ideal type, not even close but it was all thrown out of the window. Because Oh Sehun was the one, he was searching for.

"Wanna go out with me Sehunnie?"

"Sure. To where?"

Lu Han gave him the most irritated look he could come up with. Sehun wasn't ten, he should have at least known that phrase. Maybe he should try it again but just in a different way.

"I mean do you have a boyfriend?"

"I have a lot of boy friends."

This guy.

"No! No you idiot! Do you want to be my boyfriend."

"Yeah you can be my boy friend. I have a lot of them." Sehun smiled and gave another child a balloon. How can there be someone that dense? He was stupid but it was still cute. Lu Han had never the urge to hit him or anything like that. He was cute in his own weird way, "You're an idiot." Lu Han sighed and leaned over to ruffle Sehun's soft hair.

A cute one.

Lu Han didn't know how old he was but he had the feeling that he was still in school. Students could work part time too right? He was childish as well and didn't seem like someone mature. Then again, Lu Han liked mature boys and not childish ones. Because Lu Han wanted to be taken care of and not the other way. He was too lazy to look after someone. Nevertheless, maybe Sehun had changed his mind.

Still having his hand in his hair Lu Han asked another question, "Do you know who I am?" He doubted that this would work because Lu Han did not resemble his dad and a worker should at least know how their boss looked like. He bit his lips when he had seen that Sehun genuinely seemed like he was thinking. He pursed his lips and turned his head to Lu Han, tilting it. "Uh...a boy?" He whispered at first but then confidently nodded and repeated it. In this moment, Lu Han asked himself how Sehun was doing in school.

"Sehun I'll help you a bit. This amusement park was founded in China right?"

"Yeah...I think so."

"That means that it came from China so the owner should be from China right? The family owners name is Lu. Lu as in deer." Lu Han was getting out of topic but he couldn't suppress his urge to add unnecessary stuff. It was not that he wanted Sehun to call him cute nicknames.  Totally not, "My last name is Lu as well so what do you think?" He wiggled his eyebrows and didn't realize how close he was to the other, he didn't really care and was bound to get the answer. It was funny how stressed Sehun seemed and he tried to think about it well.

"Uh...is Lu in China like Kim in Korea? Does that mean that a lot of people's name is that?" Sehun scratched his head with his empty hand. He didn't understand it, not at all.

"You're lucky that you are good looking." Lu Han slapped his forehead and surprisingly left the bench. He needed some time for himself because this guy made him crazy. He had to calm down. How can someone say that? It almost seemed like he was doing it on purpose. Slowly turning around, Lu Han peeked at him who was again giving out balloons with a wide smile. Well he was a good person; Lu Han had to give him that. It was his job but even so, he looked like a sincerely nice person.

How he would capture his heart was difficult. Initially he would have just offered Sehun money and ask him like that to date. Now Lu Han felt dirty for even thinking about that. He didn't want to lure him with money. He always thought that money was the basis for happiness and nothing could have changed his mind. However, it was changed with a single smile from this person. It just made him sick. Every time Lu Han saw him, every time he spoke to him, his stomach twisted pleasantly and he felt tense.

Having his mind somewhat clear, Lu Han returned to his side.

He sighed and stared at his shoes maybe he should just leave it. There were hundreds of other men out there just waiting for Lu Han. What was so special about Sehun? He just knew him for about fifteen minutes. He was so lost in those ideas that he did not notice when Sehun inquiringly gazed at him. Lu Han was pleasantly surprised to feel the something brush against his fingers. But this was pushed aside when he was finally aware of the staring.

"You never told me your name."

He was right. Lu Han forgot that he had been too busy thinking about a way to win his heart. He was so caught up with finding everything about Sehun that he didn't say anything about himself. Sehun was curiously looking straight at him, full of things Lu Han couldn't really recognise. He smiled once again and nodded, trying to remember the name. Lu Han instantly smiled back and couldn't help but ruffle Sehun's hair. He was so cute, how couldn't he be his soul mate?

"I'm Lu Han and I like you Sehun." He barefacedly confessed not even worried about the consequences since Sehun's brain wouldn't keep up with it.

Sehun innocently blinked at him and then held both of his thumbs up with a smile:

"I like you too Lu Han!"

Sadly to say Lu Han couldn't smile back and hastily pointed up to the sky.

A colourful amount of balloons were flying up and rose higher and higher.

"SEHUN THE BALLOONS!"

"Oh...sorry I guess..."

-x-

One of the things that Lu Han couldn't stand the most was Valentine's day. It was a stupid day that didn't even have a proper meaning. Why should there be one day in the entire year to show off to the world how much you love your partner? That shouldn't even exist. It was just a waste of money and time. Lu Han wasn't jealous of not getting anything since he could get presents whenever he wanted. It was just the pressure. The horrible pressure of making someone happy on that stupid day.

Shouldn't you show your loved one on any day your affection for them?

Even after Sehun stepped into his life, Lu Han still felt like that. He wouldn't change his beliefs and stood to it that Valentine's day . The only thing that changed was that he was excited for how Sehun would react on that day. Would he give Lu Han something? Only because Lu Han disliked the day and the reason behind it, didn't mean that Sehun also thought like that. He could have been a huge fan of that cheesy stuff for all Lu Han knew. It was after all their first Valentine's day together.

They were kind of dating but then again not. Lu Han obviously wanted to be with Sehun since he happened to develop feelings for him. When he had seen him for the first time, it was just him getting excited over someone hot. But as time went on, he found out that Sehun was the definition of a sweetheart. He was so kind, stupid but yet very kind. He was constantly happy and never in a bad mood. That was what had drawn him to Lu Han.

He was easy-going and not even annoying whenever Lu Han visited him while working. It turned into a routine that Lu Han came into the amusement park, mainly because of Sehun. He loved it to see him smile despite giving irritating answers to his questions. It was just his personality to be this confusing and yet adorable. Lu Han usually didn't care about anyone other than him. He didn't think that it was necessary to think about others if he was well off.

Sehun's feelings towards him were a mystery.

He didn't know if that what Sehun felt for him could be taken as love. They never talked about it. He couldn't just go to him and ask Sehun if he loved him. It just was like that. It didn't bother him much to be honest. Lu Han liked their relationship because he didn't feel burdened and more free. That was why he expected something from Sehun when Valentine's day arrived. They didn't officially date but who said that Valentine's day was specifically for lovers? Well maybe it was, Lu Han didn't care enough to research it.

He rather lay on his bed and waited for a certain someone to come and brighten his day. That was the effect that Sehun had on him. He was such a lovable individual that Lu Han couldn't do anything against his swelling heart. It still seemed unreal how there was someone as sweet as Sehun. He felt a weird sensation bubbling inside of him but struggled to keep it contained. Taking a deep breath, he sat up and let it out.

He had never thought that someone would be able to steal his heart like that.

"Too much wind, someone bring me lemonade. Freshly made lemonade." Lu Han returned to his serious state and glared at Myungsoo who was holding two little fans in his hands. He nodded and turned the fans off. The mention of 'fresh lemonade' could have angered anyone else but he knew how spoiled Lu Han was.  Myungsoo also didn't want to lose his job which paid pretty well. He didn't have to do much but babysit and protect someone. Simple right? It was simple but Lu Han was stubborn and demanding as .

With this order said, Myungsoo bowed and left the room. He knew that Lu Han would still complain that it was too hot even in February so he left the windows open. Lu Han's room was unnecessarily gigantic and had useless stuff he never used. Like very expensive video games, Lu Han had gotten from his past birthday. His dad didn't think much about what exactly Lu Han liked and simply bought those things, boys in his age liked.

Had Sehun been someone else then Lu Han wouldn't help himself and simply call that person for being late.

But this was Sehun whom Lu Han just couldn't yell at.

He was willing to wait several minutes for him, which was not even considered as long. For an impatient person like Lu Han minutes were very very long. He hated it to wait and dared anyone to stand him up. Sehun was a totally different story. He had his own rules regarding of being late. He tended to forget time and turn up late in meetings though Lu Han could only laugh than shout. He believed that being an airhead was cute but if that would have been a worker then they could kiss their job goodbye.

"Sehun...where are you..." Raising both of his legs to the ceiling, Lu Han sighed tiredly. Being for Sehun's sake patient didn't mean that he wasn't bored. He was bored but the thought of seeing Sehun would let him forget it.

As soon as this went through his mind, the door opened.

It was Sehun with a huge smile and he carried a shopping bag. So he did remember! That was strange considering that Sehun was usually never this prepared. He tended to daze off and forget everything around him, which was again cute in Lu Han's eyes. He didn't get off his bed but rather made a hand motion that told Sehun to come closer. He hated anyone on his bed but like already mentioned a thousand times, he loved it to make exceptions for Sehun because he was worth it.

Lu Han didn't have any friends since his personality was not very likable. The only person it would be safe to call a friend would be Myungsoo but then he was treated as a slave. Regardless of that, Lu Han could potentially see him as a friend. He was nice he had to admit that. Lu Han wasn't as mean as everyone made him to be. It was a known and typical excuse but he was just lonely.

"Sehunnie! You didn't forget!" A happy laughter escaped Lu Han while he moved towards him to give him a hug. He didn't say it as an insult but simply being relieved. He knew that Sehun would never forget that day though it was impressive to see it actually happening. His cheeks flushed red and he disciplined himself at blushing at a time like this since they were technically not together but he couldn't help it. He had never felt so warm before with someone's company.

"Of course I didn't forget. I mean...you really like this day right?" Sehun kept his smile on and placed the bag on Lu Han's bed. He had never personally heard from Lu Han saying that he loved Valentine's day but if he got this excited then...didn't mean that he liked to celebrate? Little did he know that Lu Han was only happy because he got to see Sehun,"No I hate it. I only wanted to see you again." Lu Han simply answered and without further details, he took a hold of the plastic bag and looked through it. He knew that Sehun was too dense to even say something about that. So he just smiled it off and patted Sehun's head.

What he found inside were couple shirts.

They weren't the cheesy ones with a half a heart on each shirt but just in a different colour yet same style. Another reason why Lu Han knew that was that the bag was a hue of red with hearts on it. Lu Han wasn't the person to wear that and if it would have been someone else then he would have thrown it away after burning it. But this was Sehun he was thinking about. Sweet innocent and dumb Sehun, he could never do that. He obviously accepted them with a smile and didn't hesitate to try it on.

"I was going to give you roses but they kept poking me." Sehun added as he took off his shirt to wear the newly bought one. From that point on Lu Han turned blushing around and said that Sehun could have bought the ones with thorns removed. He said that quietly and softly that Sehun didn't really listen and continued to change himself.

"It's okay I guess. I don't have anything for you though..." When Lu Han had said that, it finally hit him that he actually would have bothered to get something. Since this was Sehun. He made him feel those strange feelings. Lu Han knew that he had fallen for Sehun but it would be smarter to just keep his feelings as a secret. He didn't want to bother their weird relationship until Sehun would do something to show that his feelings were returned.

Having the new shirt on, Sehun looked down on it and then locked eyes with Lu Han, "It's totally okay. Seeing you smile makes me happy." He bluntly said and also had the nerve to smile afterwards. Lu Han thought that his heart had honestly lost its function. How could he say those stupid things?

"Sehun you make my heart beat faster." Lu Han didn't even try to hide this and pressed his shirt against his face in order to hide his redness.

"Is this a good thing? I mean it shouldn't be too fast right? You could die from it. I don't really want to be a murderer."

"That's because you're actually a thief."

Because you stole my heart.

Lu Han placed his hands on Sehun's cheeks and clasped his face lovingly, brushing his messy hair out of his eyes, and compelling him softly, but firmly to look up at him, "Sehun.  I really really like you. But you can't confess back to me. I want a confession on my birthday at midnight and fireworks and all that stuff. So hold on for two more months." His thumbs rubbed Sehun's cheekbones devotedly. They just sat there, just staring at each other for a long moment silently.

"Can't I confess tomorrow?"

"Tomorrow is not my birthday Sehun."

"The day after?"

"No. I said in two months."

"Next week?"

Despite his swirling emotions, Lu Han laughed and shook his head. He would never be able to understand how Sehun was capable of being so careless. Didn't Lu Han clearly say that he wanted a confession on his birthday? He may sound rude but he couldn't do anything against his spoiled nature. Sehun eventually looked like he got it as his eyes softened. Lu Han felt his heart bursting into pieces at this very sight.

"Can I kiss you?" Sehun asked that as his arms s around Lu Han's waist and pulled him closer to him. Their bodies were pressed to each other tightly, and a pant escaped from Lu Han's lips as his fingertips trailed down his backbone. Lu Han's heart pounded in his chest, madly and fast, it was to be feared that it would jump out eventually. He lifted his head then and pressed his forehead to Lu Han's lightly.

Before Lu Han had the chance to say something, the door opened up. It was Myungsoo who was holding a glass of lemonade made after two hundred years. He stared at Lu Han with wide eyes, then to Sehun and then back to Lu Han. He couldn't believe what he had just seen, this had to be reported under any circumstances.

"I have to tell your dad about this!" Myungsoo yelled and ran off while smashing the door shut. He knew how angry Lu Han's dad got whenever someone came too close to his son. That was why Myungsoo also had the job of reporting any suspicious behaviour of friends to his boss. Also fearing this to happen Lu Han let out a strident shriek as he put on the couple shirt. He thought that he could have trusted his personal assistant. Apparently not, this betrayer.

"Sehunnie we have to catch him!" Lu Han whipped his head back at his almost boyfriend who was confused. He sat there frozen, his arms still around Lu Han in a protective and loving embrace. One of his hands rested on Lu Han's shoulder and slid down. Lu Han looked up at him and lifted his hand to brush his hair away from his forehead. They couldn't lose any more time only because of Myungsoo being a snitch.

Lu Han removed his hand with a small smile and walked off to the door to whoop Myungsoo's . Although when he was at the door, he expected Sehun to eagerly follow him. What he got in return was Sehun looking at him in a perplexed manner:

"Is...this going to be our date?"

Someone smack this boy.

-x-

Luckily they quickly got a hold of Myungsoo who was smart enough to go to the amusement park. The chances of Lu Han's dad being there were very very high. Lu Han and Sehun were not aware of how cute they looked to others since they were wearing those ridiculous but adorable shirts. They weren't conscious of it as catching Myungsoo was what they had in mind. Their relationship would be over before it had even started. Lu Han loved his dad to death and could never let a meaningless fight between them.

But this was Oh Sehun he was talking about. He was the greatest boyfriend he would certainly come across in his whole lifetime. He was funny, cute and in a mind twisting way manly. Not the manly manly but the trying-hard-but-appear-adorable kind of manly. This caused Lu Han several times to aw and crush the taller into a dangerously bone breaking hug he would never be able to escape. Lu Han had in such a short time so much fun with him. As cliché and corny it sounded...He showed Lu Han a 'new world'.

It was very problematic to find one person in the midst of hundred others. They quickly lost sight of Myungsoo which was very unfortunate. Lu Han though believed to have seen him aim towards the cotton candy stall. Just when he was about to ask Sehun if he had seen this too, he stared at Lu Han confused, raising his eyebrow questioningly. He bored his gaze into Lu Han's for a moment before he understood instantly what Lu Han wanted to tell.

"He just went there right?" Lu Han asked with his eyebrows furrowed and pointed at the pretty populated stall where people were standing at to get their sweet treat. To be honest Lu Han never went there in his entire life although he almost daily visits amusement parks. A blush spread on his cheeks when he saw all those couple feed each other with the fluffy sweetness. How could he forget? It was still Valentine's day.

Still having this blush on his cheeks Lu Han moved his hand a bit to the left. His idea was to just lightly brush it against his almost boyfriend's hand so he would get the hint and hold his hand. Unfortunately, he didn't get this and simply grasped Lu Han's wrist, pulling him to the cotton candy stall, "Let's go there! I think I saw him there!" He didn't think much about Lu Han's shyness as he dragged him without saying more. Not that Lu Han minded, he was fine with any type of skin contact.

Like that, they made their way to stall. It wasn't possible for them to lose any time as Myungsoo could use every opportunity to call his boss. Murmuring 'excuse me's as courteously as they could, Lu Han and Sehun skipped the unusual long and messy queue to find the traitor. They only found a quite short boy who was serving the people by putting the stick into a rotating machine, which was covered in pink fluffiness. As much as Lu Han would have liked to try one, he had to refrain himself because they had another reason to come.

The only thing that sort of bothered him was that Sehun couldn't keep his eyes off the cotton candies, "C-Can we like...buy one? Or fifty?" Sehun beamed and excitedly jumped up and down only for Lu Han to give him a gentle slap on his head. They didn't come for that, must resist temptation. Shaking his head to get rid of all those thoughts, Lu Han gazed at the nametag of the stall owner. It said in bold: Do Kyungsoo. It kinda fit him, the name of course.

"Hello are you here to get your cotton candies? I will totally ignore that you skipped the whole queue since you are my boss' son." Kyungsoo began with a small smile and met their eyes, "You know if you buy them on Valentine's day like today, you'll be together for two hundred years." He winked and couldn't help but let out a wider grin. He knew how to trick simple-minded people who didn't know the definition of distrust. Whatever Kyungsoo said was such a lie. Lu Han scoffed, who with a healthy brain would believe that? Nobody would be able to live for so long let alone a couple.

"What two hundred years?! I'll buy ten!" Sehun raised his hand with a dead serious expression.

Lu Han couldn't believe it.

"SEHUN THAT'S A SCAM!"

"Really...? That's mean. Then I only want two." He changed his request with a little frown and held two fingers up. He almost fell for it. He really had to be careful of what he was saying. Lu Han sighed out loud, he couldn't always take care of him. At least he had gotten his stupid candy as Kyungsoo gave him two sticks that he had already prepared. He didn't use any dirty tricks and wished them a happy Valentine's day. As an apology, he also gave them two expensive looking snapbacks.

He said that he was going to wear them with his boyfriend who sadly was stuck with work.

Lu Han's spoiled personality couldn't say no and happily wore them with Sehun as they had left.

Lu Han really didn't know how they ended up sitting on a bench and ate fish cake in a box. Shouldn't they like look for Myungsoo or for his father? He could faintly remember that Sehun said he was hungry and craved fish cake people sold relatively close to the cotton candy stall. And in the next second they were sitting down and eating what they had bought.

From time to time Lu Han fed Sehun as he was too busy watching the passing children. They remembered him as the one who gave out balloons and repaid him with waving and shy greetings. Sehun waved back while Lu Han automatically held a piece up for Sehun to take a bite, only noticing too late the stunned silence of the children. They were confused and after about an hour of eating noticed that they somehow were like a couple. So feeding between the other should be fine. It was probably weird for them to see Sehun on his day off with someone.

"Give me the smaller one," Sehun muttered, and took another bite, holding Lu Han's wrist still so he could get a good bite. With time they were actually forgetting why exactly they came. Lu Han was not mindful of that and continued to feed Sehun. He after that even decided to spread himself across the bench, so that he had his feet on Sehun's lap. He pulled his snapback down in such a way that it covered his face to make it easier for him to sleep.

He slowly closed his eyes with a full stomach and Sehun's calm voice, talking to the children.

-x-

When it was time for Lu Han to open his eyes, he fought with a terribly pounding head. He hated it to fall asleep in daylight because he would get headaches whenever he woke up. But after eating he was so damn tired and couldn't refuse a little nap. He knew that this should have been the last thing he would consider as they had a mission. They still hadn't found this stupid Myungsoo who probably found his father already. It was wrong to have trusted him.

Lu Han got up, rubbing his knuckles on his right eye. His legs couldn't feel Sehun's comfortable lap anymore. When he grasped this, Lu Han instantly shot up which led to another awful headache. He held his head, supporting it and let his eyes trail over the still highly populated amusement park. It was now dark-  night time in other words. Everything was now shining, the stalls, the rides and the sky with stars.

Where was Sehun?

He was not next to Lu Han anymore, as if he has vanished. Just to make sure, Lu Han touched his head and clearly felt the snapback. As well the couple shirt he was still wearing. He was a bit worried that he had lost them-  how he could lose a shirt was questionable. But everything seemed to be fine if it wasn't for Sehun's disappearance. As of cue, the missing boy came running towards Lu Han with two sticks in each hand. What on it appeared to be pancakes?

 Whatever, something to eat.

"Sehunnie?! Where were you? You can't just leave!" Lu Han whined, running as well and wrapped his arms around the taller. He held him tightly, making clear how much he had missed him. Well Lu Han only panicked for three seconds and then rest of the time was spent sleeping. He inhaled deeply, enjoying the fresh night air and Sehun's scent, although he could actually smell more types of food. It wasn't strong and intense, so Lu Han let it slide.

The online thing that counted was that he had found Sehun. He felt huge wave of compassion washing through him and lifted his head to look at Sehun. "I just thought that you'll be hungry when you will wake up..." The younger said as he put his index finger under Lu Han's chin and lifted his head up gently. Their eyes locked and Lu Han breath was trapped in his throat. His eyes were sparkling so brightly and full of passion. "Is it bad that I wanted to care for you?"

"N-No! It's totally fine!" Blushing hard Lu Han shook his head and put Sehun's finger down. Since when did he get so bold? This glitch was replaced though by Sehun's dumb smile when he had gotten this answer. He blushed more when Sehun had given him this pancake stick and told him to eat. His directness made up a big part of his personality. He didn't hesitate and just said whatever was on his mind.

"Can we go there?" Sehun's cuteness again when he pointed at a push animal machine. Who with a right mind would even think of rejecting? This didn't though that they actually came to beat the crap out of Myungsoo. Well it was so late already and he didn't get any calls. That meant that Myungsoo hadn't succeeded yet. It was silent for a short agonizing moment, Lu Han's eyes flashed between Sehun and the machine, analysing them carefully. He bit his bottom lip, thinking. Once wouldn't hurt anyone right?

"Sure Sehunnie! But you have to win me something!"

That promise would take a while considering that there was this one guy accompanied by his friend who just didn't want to leave the machine. Apparently, all the children that were whining and told the player to get out finally went back to their parents since it was late. Therefore, nobody was there to tell the guy that he should give up with the exclusion of his friend. Lu Han and Sehun were just standing behind the keen guy with blank faces as the friend kept on pulling the determined player.

"Chen it's totally fine, I don't want one anymore!" He groaned and tugged the arm of the concentrated player. He didn't take any of that and continued to roll coins into the slit whenever the machine hand missed the toy or let it slip. This was going on for twenty minutes and Lu Han was sure that they were standing there for longer. It was nice that this Chen wanted to win his friend (or boyfriend?) something but his turn was over. Technically it wasn't as long as he had money though how much money did he have? Did he know that he at that game and came prepared?

"No! I won't leave until I get you one of those ty things!" Chen strongly insisted and held the grip tighter with furrowed eyebrows.

"WE ARE STANDING HERE FOR TWO HOURS!" This friend screamed at him and was sure to pull the other in a headlock.

Not wanting to be part of a murder scene Lu Han jumped in and tried to help out, "Before you will kill him, hear me out. Sehun here knows the trick to get all of them with one single coin!" Lu Han lied and wasn't even sorry. When all eyes were on Sehun he snapped out of his dazed state and showed them a nervous smile. Before this friends who was called Xiumin could say something like 'how do I know you're not lying' kind of thing, Chen stepped aside for Sehun to stand on his place. He was too desperate to find out if they were bluffing or not.

"First, win me the cute deer Sehunnie!" Lu Han smiled and got a nod from Sehun but yelling from the other couple:

"YOU LIAR!"

"I KNEW WE COULDN'T TRUST YOU!"

Lu Han smirked and stuck his tongue out while pulling the area under his eye down. Stupid people, never trust others...well except Sehun. His victory didn't last long when Chen and Xiumin looked like they going to skin him alive. Was it only Lu Han's imagination or were they taking this game a bit too serious? It was not that Sehun had three hundred coins like a certain someone and could stand there for the whole night.

And like assumed the metallic hand had dropped the deer plush.

"Again...?" Lu Han pouted and showed Sehun his huge shining eyes.

"Again!" Sehun nodded and fist pumped up to the air.

"NOT AGAIN!" Chen and Xiumin groaned and said other things like this Sehun was even worse than Chen. They actually in a little corner of their minds believed that Sehun was maybe decent but not this bad. This didn't sit with Lu Han who was glaring at the machine. It wasn't the machine's fault that they weren't any capable and patient players. Lu Han held Sehun's free hand tightly. His expression was unreadable. The others were just as angry as they were.

Sehun had failed again.

Lu Han and Chen couldn't keep their hate towards the machine to themselves as they repeatedly kicked it:

" THIS!"

"WHY IS THIS NOT WORKING!"

"I BET THERE IS SOMEONE HIDING AND STEALS OUR MONE- wait...I have an idea!" Lu Han stopped cursing as something equivalent to a light bulb lit up in his head. Why didn't he think of that earlier? He was the son of the owner and that meant that he could use the master key. They could have saved so much money but thanks to Lu Han's slow brain, it was gone. Never mind that, they could still get everything and more back. Laughing to himself and under the eyes of the confused three other boys he brought a key from his pocket.

He ambled to the back of the machine with help from Sehun by holding his hand. Then he carefully slid it into the opening of the glass box. Like that, the box made clicking sound and opened up. All the plush animals were now free and easy to steal for anyone, "Quick Sehunnie grab as many as you can! You too!" Lu Han whispered hurriedly to their new friends since his key couldn't be moved. He knew that it was smart of him to have stolen it from Myungsoo. That idiot was probably looking for it to not get in trouble.

"I think we made new friends!" Chen laughed when he shoved all those things into a bag. He didn't think that he would get what he wanted. Well he sacrificed a whole lot of money and kind of deserved this rewards. Xiumin told him to talk less and pack more. Sehun specifically got a lot of deers for Lu Han and maybe because all the other animals looked scary to him. Especially this strange penguin with those huge eyes.

After around three minutes they were done and Lu Han pulled his key back in.

They didn't steal much, only like two thirds of the whole box.

"It's pleasant to make business with you."

"Yes likewise."

Lu Han and Chen were shaking their hands as if they had just exchanged money in suitcases with very valuable things

Xiumin and Sehun were carrying each three bags filled with toys. They didn't regret one second of doing that. It was actually fun. Nobody working there seemed to have noticed that over the half of the animals were gone. Just to be safe they distanced themselves from that place and approached rather the roller coasters and more benches. A lot of people were still there so to finish off the day Sehun and Lu Han bid Xiumin and Chen with a smile goodbye.

The last stop shouldn't have been the haunted house.

It should have been the Ferris wheel or the merry go round or something equally romantic. This all wasn't supposed to be a date but wasn't it still Valentine's day? Couldn't they at least end it romantically after all the stress? On this day Lu Han learned that he really couldn't resist Sehun's 'please hyung' and sayings that he would protect Lu Han if anything would happen. Lu Han frankly doubted that Sehun knew how a haunted house worked. The ones that always declare that they would protect others would be the first ones to cry. It just worked like that.

Despite that, Lu Han couldn't resist Sehun's talk about him beating up a ghost for him.

Did Sehun even know that they weren't real ghosts?

And that was why they were now walking through this totally dark hallway, not able to see anything. Lu Han had called his bodyguards to pick up their toys and would shorten their paycheck if they would tell it anyone. Like expected Lu Han was also hugging Sehun's arm- or more breaking it as the younger didn't seem scared. He wanted to ease his almost boyfriend's fears and worries. He knew him in that short period of time very well. He was somehow blaming himself for what was happening.

"Don't be scared I'll protect you." He smiled regardless of the darkness, looking forward with no hints of fear.

"S-Sehun...is really nobody going to hurt me?" Lu Han lifted his head up gently, forcing him to look into Sehun's eyes even though he couldn't see anything. It made him feel relaxed so he didn't mind, it was not that he was totally blind, "I-I mean if the ghost wants a sacrifice you will go first right? You can protect me like that..." Lu Han placed one arm on Sehun's chest, feeling the fabric of the couple shirt. He pressed his body closer to Sehun's with every passing second.

Sehun's unoccupied hand rubbed Lu Han's arm soothingly as the elder buried his head into his chest, inhaling his scent deeply, "Don't worry I'm right here. I won't go away. You can trust me." He said and carried on walking, pulling the other gently after him. Whatever would happen,  Sehun wouldn't leave Lu Han behind. The scared boy nodded absently, his mind on the frightened things that was only waiting for them. It was the truth, he believed in evil spirits and ghosts and all those story from people getting lost and never ever seen again.

He was always afraid of this haunted house, telling his dad for years that he should get rid of it. But his father didn't agree and said that it was very popular among couples and mainly young people. So why should they close it? It was almost like a money fountain. Lu Han then sobbed and hid under his bed for the entire day, bad bad memories. Lu Han ducked his head and walked faster, his heart pounding uncomfortably in his chest and his hands shaking uncontrollably. If he was together with Sehun then everything should be fine right? Glancing cautiously to his left side...there wasn't anyone.

Sehun was gone.

A normal person with a functioning brain would have called for their missing almost boyfriend.

But Lu Han ran off.

" THIS SEHUN IS DEAD!!"

Screaming as if he had been burned alive, Lu Han ran as fast as his legs could carry him. Alongside of that, he tried to settle his racing pulse and churning stomach. He repeated the words over and over and over in his head that he knew that this was going to happen. He knew, he knew it. He ing knew it. Why didn't his stupid dad listen to him? However this knowledge didn't contribute in lessen the anxiety or fear he was feeling. It made it even worse.

While running as fast as he could, he swore that he bumped into something white.

Couldn't that be a ghost?

Lu Han staggered back, his sweaty hands grabbing the hem of his shirt. His stomach was no longer stirring anxiously. Actually it was just cold as if he had dropped down and was standing now again, his legs were that shaky. He blinked at whatever that thing was as his face went blank. Faster than anyone would be able to follow, the realisation crashed like a glass falling down.

"GET AWAY FROM ME!" Lu Han shouted with tears in his eyes and pushed the ghost away only for it to crash into another ghost.

"Yeollie are you okay?!

"Byun Baek! You're sitting on my foot! The is wrong with him?!"

"I'M TOO PURE FOR THIS!" Tears spilled down his face and he raised a hand to wipe it away, scowling as he ran off once again and left the tangled ghosts alone. He couldn't do this, this was too much. Lu Han felt so small and insignificant in that huge and spooky building. He was so scared and running was his only option. Sehun was imprinted into his mind. Was he running as well or still looking for Sehun? Or was he really dead? Several shivers ran down Lu Han's spine as he shook his head and repeated 'no'.

Finally he saw the emergency door for those that really couldn't this kind of stuff.

Like Lu Han.

He pushed the handle down and jumped out, instantly inhaling the cold night air. His heart was racing. He clenched his hand around his aching chest. He cried for Sehun out, his trembling voice seemed so distant to him. Seeing a very conversant person, standing a few meters away from him, Lu Han just ran to him. He had the same stature as Sehun and the darkness didn't make it any easier. At least there was someone and he didn't need to be alone anymore.

The closer he came to that person, the quicker his heart beat.

Could it really be him?

His gaze was straight to the person's face who indeed turned out to be his missing almost boyfriend. When he realised that the other boy was looking enquiringly at him, his and Lu Han's face instantly brighten up:

"Lu Han!"

"Sehunnie!"

He immediately held Lu Han in his arms and clenched him against his chest tightly. Lu Han's head rested in the crook of his neck, his lips brushed against his neck. He leaned down, rubbing his cheek against Lu Han's gently but decisively. Lu Han managed to calm down with time and had his overwhelming emotions with a leash. He was never this happy to see Sehun again; he thought that it was over.

It was quiet after that, not including the infrequent sniffles that came from Lu Han who fought with more tears. "I'm sorry Lu Han. It's just you left this behind and I was going to get it." Sehun whispered and held Lu Han's snapback in his hand. Just to check, Lu Han raised his hand and touched his head. There wasn't anything so he really did leave it behind. Sehun apologised again, cupping Lu Han's cheeks, asking him what he could do for him while wiping away the tears that were still there. Lu Han said nothing. If anything, he tiptoed to give Sehun a weak peck on his cheek.

"It’s okay Sehun. It wasn't that bad." He hiccupped and rubbed his teary eye, feeling that Sehun put his lost cap back on.

"No I feel responsible for this. Can we like get some bubble tea? I know a really good place." Sehun strangely enough had a change of voice as he put his arm around Lu Han to lead him away from the frightening place. When they passed the bushes next to the haunted house, two hands next to Sehun appeared. Sehun smirked and high fived both boys after giving them a few money notes.

"Now that your dad is going to kill me, can we at least spend the night together?" The younger had this guiltless face expression on as his took Lu Han's sweaty hand in his own one.

"Y-Yeah...sure. Thank you. I had fun today." Lu Han looked down at their hands to hide the blush, his fear long forgotten.

He had fun today.

Lots of fun.

Sometimes spending time with a loved one and just being dumb could make him happier than all the money of the world.

But Myungsoo would still die.

____________________________________________________________________________________________

I'm sorry that Myungsoo ends up being a slave in almost all of my stories.

Sehun isn't as stupid as you guys think. He worked with Baekyeol together to get Luhan into his arms and comfort him~

I'm feeling down (grades and stuff) so this one shot was kind of for me as well :)

To give me HAPPINESS~

I hope you guys feel better if you had a bad day!

Chapter 1: I love how Luhan's just like,

" THIS SEHUN IS DEAD!"

as soon as he realized that he's alone inside the haunted house instead of just turning around to look for Sehun, like a normal human. Sure, Han, immediately conclude that Hun's dead. LMAO!

I have trusts issues with fics so I never once thought throughout this fic that Sehun's completely stupid. Turns out I was right! He was even conspiring with BaekYeol. Sneaky, sneaky Thehun.

The real dumb and dumber are Luhan and Jongdae, no questions asked there. Lolol!

Great fic, not perfectly written but the plot and story is so cute and adorable!
