Nothing

Description

"And my mates are all there trying to calm me down
'Cause I'm shouting your name all over the town
I'm swearing if I go there now
I can change her mind, turn it all around

And I know that I'm drunk but I’ll say the words
And she'll listen this time even though they’re slurred
So I, dialed her number and confessed to her
I'm still in love but all I heard.. was nothing."

"It's better this way..."

I smiled bitterly as I gulped my glass of whiskey in one go. I was feeling dizzy in the head already. Might as well go home tomorrow morning.

"So how was it?" Sehun asked, a little woozy himself.

"What do you mean by it? The drinks? Pretty weak if you ask me. I already lost count of how many shots I've had." No, seriously, I lost count.

"Tsk-tsk. You know what he's talking about Kai." Minseok interjected as he wagged his finger in front of my face.

"Psh. Oh, that. Seriously, I already forgot about that, What was her name again?" I tilted my head to the side, as if trying to remember. As if I could ever forget.

Sehun clamped his hand on my shoulder, chuckling.

"Ah. That's our Kai. For a moment, I thought we've lost you there, man." I just smirked and shook my head in response.

My head was spinning, but my thoughts were clear as day.

I could never forget your name. No liquor, drug or poison could ever erase that.
