"Hey, aren't you--"

I head out of the alley with my back facing him. He would think I'm weird for following him in the first place. Let's just stick to the same plan of not getting caught.

I interrupt him before he says anything more. "We should have gone out of this alley a long time ago. Everyone has been long gone."

"Yea, I guess you're right. But, to be honest, I...how do I say this...enjoy your company? You give me a feeling of security..."

I'm glad I got the subject of my identity out of his mnd but what is this now? "A feeling of security"? Since when was he so cheesy?

I brush the thought off like it meant nothing. "Look, you need to stop playing hot and cold. People could never understand you that way, got it?"

Silence. Probably a lip bite. Ugh how I wished to have seen it...Wait what am I saying?

He answers back. "From the way you're talking, it sounds as if we have met before...I'm right...aren't I?"

I hesistate. "I...I...I have no idea what you're talking about." 

It's about time I leave now... I take a steps forward. "Don't forget to put ointment on those scratches and ice on those bruises. Best way to heal. Stay healthy and safe..." I mumble the last word. "...please..."

I'm now running. However, as I'm running, I hear him shout something. Something unexpected...

"Thanks, Jinyoung-ssi!!!!"

I'm still running. "Thanks, Jinyoung-ssi!" Wait, what? He knew it was me? We didn't even spend a lot of time with each other...

I manage to reach a bus station. I get on and I'm on my home... However, my mind is in a million places right now...

I reach home and I'm just lying on my bed with the same thought repeating over and over again. With my heart thumping and thumping like no tomorrow. 

Am I sick or something? I have a problem right? I like Soojung so why is Jaebum constantly on my mind? "Thanks, Jinyoung-ssi!"? He does realize that that's the first time he called me by my name right? UGH! This is so frustrating!

Author's Note: Hello my beautiful readers! You guys are probably really angry that this chapter is so short! However! There is a reason. I wanted to show Jinyoung's denial and increasing interest in Jaebum. So I hope you guys don't hate me too much! Also, like the chapter says, Jinyoung thinks Jaebum doesn't know who he is but then again, he does! SO I HOPE YOU GUYS AREN'T ANGRY!
