" you did what ?'' 
 

it was lunch hour , kibum and his two best friends were sitting under the big oak tree eating the lunch that kibum made for the three of them a habit he developed over the years since whenever he bought lunch they'd end up eating his without even being sorry ,
 he took an egg roll and shoved it in his mouth while looking all casually at them , as they stared at him with wide opened eyes 
 

" you kinda look funny like this "
 

he stated chuckling to himself while pointing at them with his chopsticks 
dongwoon moved the chopsticks away from his face , and blinked rapidly , forgetting for a moment how to breath 
 

" so let me get this straight " he said placing the lunch away from his lap " you have gone to this stupid party , with this dog over here "
 

" hey"
 

woohyun protested at the nickname but shut up when dongwoon glared at him 
 

" and then he disappeared and you ended up hanging out with a stranger and eventually having with him " 
 

the blond nodded his head slowly , grinning cheekily and eating some kimichi 
 

" yup , pretty much  "

woohyun busted up laughing only stopping when dongwoon smacked his head ,

" don't you dare laugh it's all your fault "

donwoon pointed a finger accusing hyun , who just shrugged his shoulders and laughed more

" why is it mine " he said eventually , " i did not tell him to go sleep with some stranger " 

kibum only nodded his head at that , placing his lunch away now that he's all full 

" though i'm still mad at you for leaving me behind at that party, it's not his fault woonnie , i did it on my own , and weren't you guys always complaining about how i never have fun "

dongwoon groaned at that , standing up , he took his back pack , still glaring at woohyun 

" will you stop giving me that look " 

" no "

kibum chuckled at his friends reaction , knowing how over protective dongwoon is when it comes to him  , he actually expected him to be mad at him , so he stood up and jumped on his friend's back , putting his thin arms around his neck , dongwooon was not even budgeted by the act , knowing kibum pretty well and used to him jumping on him like that he held kibum's waist and smiled a bit 

" promise me you won't do something like that anymore "

" yeah yeah "

key said grinning and tightening his grip on his friends neck , laughing when the other tried to make him full off his back 

" maybe the hot stranger likes you bummie , you said you met him before after all "

woohyun said still eating his lunch looking at a wierd cookie but deciding to eat it nonetheless

" nah he have a lover "

kibum stated smiling sadly, his heart dropped with disappointment when he remembered the night before , at first  kibum thought so too , that the stranger maybe did have a thing for him  , jonghyun was so gentle with him and he kept whispering how beautiful he looked and how fair his skin was , how he was loving every second of what they were doing , and he wished the next mourning that he wouldnt let him go , sighing he hide his face on dongwoon's back hearing him cursing under his breath 

" that er "

woohyun stood up all of a sudden making both boys turn and look at him , kibum looked at the lunch box and smirked knowingly , he was so mad at jonghyun in the mourning that he decided to take his revenge on woohyun , putting a lot of wasabi on his cookie , knowing how woohyun cannot stand spicy food 

the poor boy kept running around in circles opening his mouth and crying 

" oh my gooosh ! hot hot hot hot "

dongwoon laughed at his friend reacting , smirking evilly while putting kibum down ,of his back , feeling a little bit sorry for his friend , but he did messed up with kim kibum , so he kinda deserve it 

"that's what you get for leaving bummie there alone "

woohyun continued crying and looking for water , tears in his eyes , cooling down when kibum handed him a glace of cold milk he brought with him 

" i thought that thou lobed mee " 

it was 5 pm when key classes finished and he had to go to work , his shift starts at 8pm so he still have sometime to eat something and get some rest ,

walking around the campus , kibum felt at ease , it was monday , and,  kibum unlike others tended to like it , because he doesn't have to run between two jobs , the restaurant in the mourning or afternoon , and the shop at night  , his scholarship couldn't pay for everything after all 

choosing a Bench to sit on , kibum sighed as he looked at the sky a cold breeze passing by making him close his eyes and hug himself closer , it was so cold , but kibum loved it because it reminded him of his home town , sighing he put his phone out and put some random song to listen to , chuckling to himself when he saw the backround picture on it  , woohyun must've changer it when he said he needed  to borrow his phone 

it was a picture of them when they first become friends , 14 years ago ,he remember when woohyun and dongwoon were first transferred to his school and how just like the other kids, they bullied and mocked him , because little bummie was poor and couldn't afford to buy any cool game the others played with , but kibum always keep a straight face and pretend he didn't hear them , only allowing himself to cry once he was home 

 he would never forget that day when he was walking home and the two boys were getting out of an ice cream shop , how he looked down and tried to disappear the moment they saw him and walk in his direction 

"what is your thing anyways ? why does everybody hate you "

it was what dongwoon told him ,and  it was the question that made kibum break at some point and start crying like he never did his entire life , sobbing loudly while rubbing his eyes , his tears kept falling and falling and the two other kids freaked out and tried to stop his crying by giving him a hug , the three of them hugged tightly until kibum stopped crying 
from then on , they protected little bummie and they become best friends 

kibum smiled at the memory , feeling a bit cold he sighed and decided to start saving to buy a new coat , he looked at his phone and decided that i was time to head to work , he promised his hungry stomach that he will buy some bread on the way to work , picking up his backpack he headed toward the exist humming to himself some random song trying to distract his thoughts from thinking of that someone who kept hunting to his dreams and giving him sleepless nights
 

kim jonghyun 
 

the guy was a mystery for kibum , he entered his life unwantedly , giving him shivers by just talking with his husky voice , his heart beats would fasten when he remember his musky and dark scent  , taking away his first everything , and just making kibum all frustrated even before their second meeting 
 

kibum groaned at his beating heart and bet harder on the poor bread almost choking , it's all kim jonghyun's fault , he thought as he entered the shop and wore the green hideous apron before going behind the counter and saying goodbye to mir , the happy guy who his shift was just before his .

it was snowing 

kibum sat alone in the shop , doing his homework and waiting for the closing time , the cold weather made him shiver every now and then , deciding that he have to eat something , he bought some  ramyeon and sat down waiting for the microwave beep , looking through the big shop window , he put his head down on the table supporting it by his arm , he decided to close his eyes just to relax a bit .

the shop those nights was silent and cold , just the way kibum wanted it to be , there were times he just wanted to feel lonely , to just be by himself it was never his choice to begin with , he was always left alone by the people he loved , and he is kind of used to it ,  it doesn't even bother him anymore , he'd be a jerk if he said that out loud ,but he is always waiting for that moment dongwoon and woohyun walk away from him ...
to wake up and find the people he love already left 

'beep'

kibum opened his eyes slowly , his view was blurry at first and he thought he went crazy for a moment , he blinked rapidly before jumping back , the stranger frowned and opened his eyes slowly and shifted , straightening up his back he  placed his elbow on the counter to rest his chin in his palm 

" wh-what are you doing here "

kibum couldn't help but shutter upon seeing jonghyun a person he thought he would never see again
jonghyun  snorted in amusement , using his other hand he reached his pocket and took out a baby pink wallet before throwing it to a surprised kibum who didn't even realize he lost it

kibum's cheeks tinted bright pink as he shifted in his position , biting his lower lip he mumbled 

" thank you " 

jonghyun hummed in response, stretched his neck and arched his back before yawning lazily , he looked at kibum and blinked when he saw how embarrassed and awkward the younger looked 

" do you want me to leave ?"

he asked slowly looking at kibum's awkward face expression transform to a frown , 

yes 

kibum really wanted to say so , knowing that nothing good may come out from this stranger , that he was only a trouble for him , but he just couldn't , because he really , really wanted him to stay 

" actually ... no "

he answered with a sigh before heading to the microwave and taking the ramen box out of it before placing it in front of jonghyun 

" you must be hungry "

he said and took a seat next to him , jonghyun looked at kibum and smiled nodding his head , his smile made the younger boy's heart flutter and his cheeks blush slightly , he smiled back and looked away choosing the street as a way of a distraction , 

" say ah "

he heard jonghyun say and turned around to meet a  full of ramen chopsticks in front of his face , he shook his head but jonghyun didn't take a no for an answer , sighing , kibum opened his mouth and put all he can in his mouth before chewing on it and swallowing , feeling embarrassed when jonghyun kept staring at him with a weird look 

" what ? "

" no-nothing " 

jonghyun said shyly before looking away , a tint of pink appeared  in his cheeks ,  kibum narrowed his eyes at the new side of the stranger ... a very cute side

" you're blushing " 

he said smiling and poking the older cheeks with his finger making jonghyun move his head away
he huffed annoyed , but kibum's pocking didn't stop making jonghyun grab his hand to stop him from doing so 

" well you blush all the time i never complain"

" i don't blush you know " 

kbum answered looking down nervously making his bangs cover his feline beautiful eyes ,  and trying to move his hand away from jonghyun's grip which just tightened  it and he heard him chuckle

" you are blushing now " 

" just ... i blush just when i'm with you " 

he admitted shyly , jonghyun's hand grip loosened and he quickly move his hand away to rest it on his lap , not daring to do or say anything , feeling so stupid for actually admiting such a fact 

they both didn't dare look at each other for some time , just looking at the street as cars and people passed by in a hurry , the falling snow getting heavier by the second 

" the snow is getting heavier ... don't you think you should close the shop and go home ? "

jonghyun asked finely finishing his ramen and moving it away do he can rest his chin on his hand  , kibum just shrugged his shoulders 

" i need to wait for the closing time " he said looking up at the wall clock " half hour from now " 

jonghyun nodded his head and stood up taking out some bills and putting them on the counter 

" i should take my leave now , goodbye kibummie " 

he said grinning as always  passing through the counter and taking a pack of cigarettes before leaving 
kibum sighed once the stranger was outside the shop , feeling his heart drop a bit but he decided to ignore such a feeling , after all jonghyun was a total stranger , 

walking slowly behind the counter he placed everything in it's place and counted the money before putting it back and placing his apron on his back pack deciding to wash it and grabbing his key's from it ,he closed the lights and the doors and turned around on his leave ,

turning around kibum gasped  in shock when he found jonghyun leaning aganist a tree both his hands on his pocket as he shifted his weight back in fourth to heat up , looking up the older gaze met his and he smiled handsomely before making his way toward him in slow steps 

" are you waiting someone ?"

kibum started hesitatingly, playing with his fingers his heart racing a bit waiting for jonghyun's answer

jonghyun's hand made it's way to the back of his hair ruffling it a bit nervously glancing at kibum 

" yeah well , it's still snowing and i thought maybe you need someone to take you home or something a-and, yeah "
 

and kibum smiled  , he didn't care about how stupidly happy he looks , he just know that the stranger boy actually thought about him and waited for him outside in the cold , come to think about it 

" why didn't wait for me inside " 

kibum asked , deciding to start walking , jonghyun following , the older coughed and cleared his throat 

" i dunno "
 

kibum smirked at the reaction but decided to drop it , to be honest , he knew jonghyun was too embarrassed to show up after taking his leave to tell him he will take him home and kibum didn't care at the moment what jonghyun was for him , or how dangerous and bad he was for him , or how  he will eventually be hurt 
 

he only cared about jonghyun's gentle voice talking to him , the weird comforting tingling feelings that overwhelmed  him , and jonghyun's warm hand which slowly found his cold one and held it like it will never leave him .
