when people i love told me 'i love you, let's be a couple soon. i'm promise.' but then they confess otl. does it mean they break their promise?
aren't they confessing when they told you 'i love you'? i'm sorry but i don't really get this question. so you mean that they confess to you and be a couple soon but in the end they went to confess to another person? if they did became a couple with another person then maybe yes, they broke their promise.
