Description

when suho finally makes a friend in his large isolated world anything could happen

Foreword

Since birth Suho had a poor heart, organ donors were scarce, but he managed to fight against it, but in events of too much stress, Suho would fall weak, this would also happen when he was frustrated, angry or felt guilty, so his parents didn’t allow him a great deal of independence, which basically meant he couldn’t leave the house.

His family was rich and they definitely weren’t modest so they lived in a great big house it was three stories high and as long as two football fields.

Suho was not allowed outside unless he was accompanied by his parents and at least one doctor in case of an emergency, there were doctors everywhere, his parents even hired live-in’s for an extra precaution, because of this he didn’t have much friends, except for some of the maids and butlers that were hired by his parents, he enjoyed talking with them, even though they weren’t high class like him he didn’t care, he just enjoyed having a nice conversation with someone.

Suho walked down the corridor aimlessly wondering his house trying to find something to entertain himself with, yet again.

“Chen what are you doing?!” a voice called

Suho heard a call coming from a room; he listened to the noises and located the room. He saw a maid; it was one of his friends that he occasionally talks to and a young looking man standing on a stack of chairs.

“Chen! Get down from there right now! You’ll fall!” the maid scolded

Suho watched carefully at the situation

The young boy; Chen looked down at the maid,

“I will jump down in a second, I just want to clean the ornaments up here” he said reassuringly as he reached with his duster

Suho opened the door wider to see what Chen was talking about, it was his mother’s vintage 1800’s glassware, Suho started to panic, they were very expensive and delicate, if this Chen were to break these then he will get in a mound of trouble.

“Please be careful” Suho called out to Chen

Chen turned to the door looking for the person who had called out, he saw a boy about the same age as him and looked at Suho they made eye contact, but Suho had gotten shy and closed the door,

“H-hey” Chen called

Suho felt his heart beat fast, he was worried that his heart may be acting up

No its different this time, it feels different in a good way. Suho thought to himself, and he decided to go back into the room

Suho opened the door and came back to a horrifying scene, Chen about to fall bringing the glassware down with him, Suho was shocked he didn’t know what to do but his bod started to move, he instinctively ran across the room to Chen and pushed him out of the way of the falling glass.

Suho awoke to his room, which was just like a hospital, white walls, windows shut, and a dull smell of sterilisation.

His parents were near the door of the room talking to Chen

What are they doing? Suho thought as he watched his strict and overly protective parents shake Chens hand and leave the room

Why aren’t they firing him, he was the one who caused all this Suho kept wondering

Chen turned to Suho in his bed when his employers; Suho’s parents left the room, Suho sat up, still dizzy

“What happened? Why didn’t they fire you?” Suho asked confused

Chen looked guilty

“Ummm well, it’s a long story” Chen said avoiding eye contact with Suho

“I’ve got pleanty of time” Suho retorted

“Well when I fell, I didn’t realise that the glasses I smashed were really expensive and I definitely couldn’t afford to pay for the damages, and when your parents came, they thought that i saved you from the falling glass, not that I’d be stupid enough to be cleaning them and that id fall and bring them down with me and that their son with an extremely weak heart condition ran across the room to save me.”

“So then tell me, what’s stopping me from just telling my parents the truth?”

Chen looked at Suho with a look of desperation

“please don’t tell them I will do anything, just please don’t tell them the truth I haven’t got any money at all to pay you back it would be useless to tell them anyway” Chen begged

No money at all? Well I guess that explains why this guy was even working here in the first place, should I tell them? Or I could……..

“Please I will do anything!” Chen continued to plea

Suho cleared his throat

“Be…..”

Chen looked at Suho with a look of hope

“Be my…..”

Chens face turned red,

“Ummmm I didn’t really mean anything……”

Suho was confused for a second but then he caught on to Chen’s innuendo

“NO NO NO NO I WASN’T GOING TO SAY ANYTHING LIKE THAT I WAS JUST GOING TO ASK YOU TO BE MY FRIEND”

“Y-your friend?” Chen questioned

“Yeah, I have never really had a friend before, well besides the cleaning staff, but they are all old and I want a friend more my age”

Chen smiled

“Well I haven’t got much of a choice, and that demand doesn’t seem too outrageous,”

Chen walked over to Suho and put his hand out

“You’ve got yourself a friend”

Suho reached out and shook Chen’s hand.

“I’m Suho”

“I’m Chen”
