Cursed

Description

In the past, many voices wanted to be heard. So many opinions clashed and everyone did not get along with each other that well. So, the King decided to divide the country up into five kingdoms. Five kingdoms that were named after beautiful flowers and what they represent. Camellia, Larkspur, Kennedia, Anemone and Nasturtium. Nasturtium though is not considered a proper kingdom since they're the rebels, the ones who did not approve of the whole change. Each commoner is raised in the kingdom their parents live in. But once they turn legal, they are allowed to change kingdoms. Only one change is allowed per person.

CAMELLIA - The land of the 'perfect'. Beautiful and gentle people who follow the rules. No one here breaks the many rules provided in their kingdom and country in general. The rules are quite ridiculous but that's probably what makes Camellia a perfect kingdom. Though every perfection has at least one invisible flaw.

LARKSPUR - The land of the spiritual. Also known as the tree-huggers. They're mostly the calm ones who have things to say themselves, but want to do it in a calmer way. They want peace though they can get greedy. They accept anyone and have the least rules among the kingdoms.

KENNEDIA - The land of intellectual beauty. Not only do they have beautiful looks, they are quite smart as well. Which is why most of them run the common city grounds. They're the ones with a lot of power and only some are actually kind with the power they have.

ANEMONE The land of weaklings. They are fragile people, easily pushed around and whatnot. Most of them are poor. They don't necessarily like the whole situation but have to follow any ways, not wanting to be banned from events that could make their kingdom even a bit more civillised.

NASTURTIUM The land of rebels and strong-willed citizens. Sly and stubborn, that's the type of people this place consists of. The kingdom of strength. They preferred it when Korea was one country and not five sub-countries in one. Nasturtium is also the place where citizens get sent to once they break the rules. Said country is somewhere no one rules- everyone is an equal. However, they are outcasts. Unlike the other kingdoms, they do not get invited to events that are held at the common city. Once in this 'kingdom', you are shunned from the others.

Being in Nasturtium also means you are to bring down the other kingdoms. What better way to make a statement to want to ban the whole system than to have more people rebel against it?

Foreword

Young Oh Sehun is different. Physically and mentally. Why? He has a power. Having an ancestor who was apart of the decision for the country to be divided, young baby Sehun was cursed by a local witch who was paid to do so by one of his ancestor's enemy.

The first grandchild of yours who is born to a peasant parent will face difficulties! He or she will have powers that will break him! And he will not be able to control his powers without the help of his soul mate. Lets see how easy it'll be for him to even find one now that your imbecilic system has begun! "

Many people didn't quite believe the witch, thinking she was just crazy. Oh Junho, Sehun's father, only found out about the curse when his friend had told him about a story he had heard. Junho knew he had to keep Sehun on a low profile, which he knew was going to be hard since they were from Camellia.

And they were royalty. Sehun was a prince, in fact.

The Prince of Camellia, Oh Sehun. Was born with multiple powers, some yet to be discovered. So far, he has the ability to control objects with only his mind and has the ability to control wind. His close friends who know of his secret see it as a blessing but he sees it as a curse. Some times his power comes out unconsciously. His father had to kill the few people who found out and wanted to tell on them. Sehun was then locked away in the castle since he was eight and he's twenty now. Though, the prince does not know of the cure to the curse. His father had told him to just learn to control it on his own.

Sehun is a bright young boy but people don't seem to like him since they think he's snobby and rude. All he wants is a normal life but sadly, luck is never on his side. He was taught never to break the rules, since his kingdom has to be 'perfect'. Sehun however does not want to be in the kingdom he's in. He longs for the day he can tell his father he wants to change kingdoms, but he knows that will only break his father's heart.

The commoner, Kim Jongin. He was born into a poor family. His family hated the whole system so they stayed in Nasturtium. He has an older sister and two younger twin brothers. Being the oldest boy in the family, Jongin was raised to fight. His father worked in the society that is built to destroy the system from the inside. Jongin is trained to go undercover, but little does he know fate has been playing with him.

The bestfriend, Zhang Yixing. He was transferred from China to be hired as one of the head guards of the Camellian castle. Yixing, also known as Lay, is one of the youngest to graduate the police academy early. He was sent to Korea, not knowing much about the whole system. He randomly chose Camellia as the place he wanted to be placed at and he was lucky he chose said kingdom. Yixing is a naturally blur-minded guy who can be a bit too serious about his job. He met young Prince Sehun and was nearly killed by the king when said guard found out about the prince's powers. Yixing though swore on his life to never tell anyone, and Sehun put his trust on the Chinese man. The two are undeniably close, as they are practically stuck by the hip.
