Crash… Clank. The sounds of glass contacting with the wood (or someone's skull) rang through the house, forcing the young girl to awaken. She sat up in her comfortable bed, squinting through the moonlit room. She wondered if she had locked her door before she went to sleep. Her eyes widened at the thought of not having locked her damn door.
She kicked off her comforter and walked over to the door, relief coursing through her when she saw that she did indeed lock it. Another crash sounded from downstairs. She felt her eyes well up with frustrated tears as she walked over to her bed. Was it too much to ask for a little normality in her life?
She turned over violently, silencing the shrieks she was hearing by burying her face and ears into her soft pillow. After a half an hour, she was able to fall into a fitful sleep…

Yoo Ri opened her eyes slowly, taking in her surroundings. The bright fluorescent of the lights seemed increase the pounding in her head and the antiseptic smell turned her stomach. Her body was stiff and aching and her mind was in a haze. She was back in the medical office, of that she was certain, but she couldn't remember why she was there. She took stock of her injuries, which included a headache and a few cuts here in there that stung like crazy.
"She's awake... Again. Temperature and general weakening of the body are due to a flu. It's better for her to rest in bed at home for a week or two, please be kind enough to explain this to your girlfriend." murmured a voice beside Yoo Ri's bed. Luhan thanked the woman and came to her side, sitting down on a chair beside Yoo Ri's bed.
"You should've just stayed in bed all along." he sniffs the air.
Yoo Ri tugs on her blanket, pulling it closer to herself. Noticing, Luhan gently smiles down on her. "Do not pretend you are unhappy to see me, love." He brought his hand up to her face, slightly brushing it.
The nurse smiles from her station, looking up at them. Brushing his hand off of her face, Yoo Ri grips the blanket even harder.
