It was a day like any other. The sun smoldered brightly as it began it's long ascent into the sky, slowly piercing through the scattering of dark clouds that still lingered it quickly made way for a clear morning sky. Birds chirped and drunks yelled as the small unruly suburb was slowly and rather rudely awoken by suns blinding presence. The groggy, newly risen inhabitants quickly mumbled their curses as they began preparing for the long day of looting and pillaging that was ahead of them.

Only one stubborn soul remained buried within the plush comfort of their bed. Silently praying for the sun to perish and the world to momentarily stop spinning on its axis they cursed life itself as they attempted to block the suns obnoxious presence and drift back off to sleep. But sadly it wasn't meant to be. Unlike most of the towns residents this day was doomed to be a little bit more out of the ordinary for this weary soul. A long night of constant tossing and turning had led to his current crotchety state, the same old tortured images had flooded his subconscious the moment he had finally deemed it safe to close his eyes. It was silly. He knew this. Most would probably call him paranoid for worrying so much about it, I mean who doesn't have some reservations when it comes to the first day of school.

But as he would be quick to point out not many have had quite the same experience with the educational system as he has.
