Neverland

Description

The Children of Neverland, their time has stop.

Year 2010, a nuclear outbreak claimed lives of many, especially Korea and China. Unable to keep it under control, they sought help from other countries, which had helped in containing. Though the outbreak area had the air polluted, thus the area was cordoned off using special defence mechanism.

30 years later, when they thought everything was peaceful, they realised the effect of the outbreak is not over yet. The nuclear had changed the affected peoples’ DNA. Those affected never grew old; they stop aging at a certain age and thus living eternally. Some might say it was blessing in disguise, but to those affected it was not, because it was living in hell forever, seeing your loved one die and still have to stay alive remembering their death.

And to the Government, it was considered as an illness, and it didn’t take the doctors long to name the illness. The Children of Neverland.

50 years later, the Government had deemed those affected as dangerous, just because of their never aging selves. They had a mass massacre, and none of the Children of Neverland were spared. (Or so they thought.)

And this is what is written in the history textbook of a high school student in the year 2110, 100 years after the outbreak.

(But really, was everything in textbook the truth?)

Foreword

I really like the idea of living forever. And after hearing too much of EXO's Peter Pan, I decided to write this. It would most probably be around 5 chapters long.

I would most probably be uploading the first chapter by the end of this week, but no promises since my homework is starting to pile up since my exams are coming soon.

Feel free to ask me anything on this 2 social media!
