My stand on this entire incident is Happiness.
They are a bunch of adults in their twenties. They have minds of their own. It's their career, it's their liveliood. It's never going to by our say, never going to by our wish. We can never enforce our ideals and should never enforce it on them. If the think they are happy, they are happy. If they think that it is the best for their career, it is the best for their career.
It's their career, Period.
There is no way that we can try to force Kris back if both 11 parties are unwilling, and there is no way that we can for Kris to stay away, if both parties wants to reconcile. 

Remember, Humans learn from mistakes, and they grow. 
And more importantly, in every argument, it takes two hands to clap.
