Park Shinhye

      Park Shinhye moved to Seoul from Busan with her dad after an unfortunate incident that left their home in ashes. Because of her oustanding GPA, she is able to attend Sangsang High School, one of the most prestigious private schools in South Korea. Since the incident on the first day of school, Shinhye feels isolated from her classmates, and even more so after she commits a crime against her sunbae, Lee Jungshin.

Jung Yonghwa

     Ever since he was six, Yonghwa has never had a peaceful day where he would relax and eat ice cream on  a sunny day like a normal kid would. Instead, his parents want him to be a neurosurgeon when he grows up, so they signed him up for every class imaginable and had him study hard every single day, even on the holidays and weekends. Yonghwa didn't have a very happy childhood, the majority of it learning while his classmates go out and have fun without him. At seventeen years old, it's time for Yonghwa to experience fun for the first time, and he's going to get a whole lot of it.

Lee Jungshin

     Lee Jungshin used to be Yonghwa's best friend before Yonghwa's parents decided to take his education to the next level. Even though Jungshin lost contact with him, he never forgot his very first friend. Now, in his last year of high school, Jungshin meets Shinhye, who accidentally executes an unspeakably horrendous crime against him. Will he be able to forgive her after the trauma she caused him and help her with her mission?
