The Sybil system holds justice at its gunpoint — each and every Dominator in the country is safely entrusted in the hands of the heroes of the Public Safety Bureau. Side-by-side, they fight against crime, risking their lives for the sake of protecting Capital Seoul and the bliss of millions of its residents. For the people of this era, to kill with a Dominator is to kill under the judgment of society; the responsibility falls onto Sybil — Korea's ultimate ruler, whose status cannot be questioned over its iron fist. Uhm, so hi guys, Summer here. I know writing an applyfic isn't actually my thing, with all the responsibility and applicants and plotting and whatnot, but i still decided to give it a try anyway because why not. Anyway yeah so this is based on Psycho Pass because I'm having this huge anime crush on Shuusei and I can't believe they just killed him off like that urgh inacceptable! Still and all please apply and I promise to keep this going. Not really. But yeah /throws Shinya's at you.
