First Day
All Over You
[Author’s POV]
First day of school first day of 1st semester, new class, new grade. After a long, long & boring holiday for a month. That for Nana actually.
All the whole month, Nana haven’t been really going out much. Not with her friends, not with her family. She’s born rich, but fortunately not that spoiled, money-obsessing girl.
Due to her busy parents, Nana’s not that close to them. Although she felt like she’s so far apart with her protective parents, she missed them & she’s sick of living like a caged-in girl. She wanted to be like her friends, like Lizzy.
Lizzy understands this of course. That’s why Lizzy sticks up with Nana, & Lizzy knows her family well so Lizzy’s allowed to come in & out of Nana’s house like a part of the family.
Although Nana says a lot of hating school, but Lizzy actually knows that going to school is Nana’s only chance to see more of the open world & meet with a lot of friends but she’s just trying to make it look like she’s living an OK life.
In school, Nana’s pretty well-known among all the junior graders. Nana is freakingly tall for a girl her age & she has such a modelesque figure which most girls could only be envious of.
But Nana, on the other side, is also well-known to the teachers as a picky student. As Nana only have good grades on certain subjects, but really running low on subjects she hates, & that Nana’s often a rebellious student. But the teachers described this as “Nana’s real self” because she could never act that way whenever she’s around her family
And the sun has risen up, the day Nana could actually hang with a lot of peoples has come. But she never knew this year, is going to be a way different year.
“I’M NOT READY TO GO TO SCHOOL YET. I NEED MORE HOLIDAYS” Nana screamed on her way to the school, which is just a few blocks away from her house along with Lizzy, her very best bestie
“…..” Lizzy responded with a weird slight glance, giving no respond to the complaining girl
“YOU SHOULD SAY SOMETHING” Nana stomped childishly, putting on a grumpy face
And Lizzy stopped walking
“First of all, you said you’re bored to death because of your totally lame holiday” Lizzy crossed her arms, acting like the mature one
“Well, yeah..” Nana pouted at her bestie’s kind-of-cold respond
“You know what, let’s just enjoy the day. You need to keep your grades up this year & I’ll make sure you’re not going to be left off in a lot of subjects. You got a pretty face, you got a pretty body, you got a pretty heart & you gotta have a pretty achievement in school. A lot of peoples know you” Lizzy motivated her bestfriend’s school spirit
“Oh okay, if you say so I guess I will” Nana sighed a bit & wanting to play a bit with Lizzy, she caught her off guard & ran as quick as she could leaving Lizzy behind
The two bestfriends ended up wearing out themselves by chasing each other on the way to school. Even though they ruined their hair & all, but they didn’t care. They really adore each other, as in friendly adoring each other & they missed having fun like this.
After arriving on the school grounds, the two besties made their way to the school lobby, looking for the announcement board.
“Oh there’s the board” Nana pointed at a black board hung on a white wall
“I hope we’re gonna be in the same class” Lizzy walked towards the board
“School will sure be feeling a taste of my fury if we’re not” Nana chuckled at herself, earning a light slap on her arm from Lizzy
After looking up on the numerous, various posts on the board they finally noticed the class post & look up for their names. The school is pretty exclusive, the school holds up to 20 students in a class to further studying methods.

“YES” the brunette & the blonde high-fived & hugged each other
“Okay, I love school. This school understands us” Nana laughed at herself again, taking back the fact that she doesn’t want to go to school
“Let’s be off now!” Lizzy dragged Nana to their new class, grateful that they, as bestfriends, can still be in one class so they won’t have any reason to be drifting apart, something that they’re obviously afraid of.
[a/n : I wanna make this fic a long-running one, so let’s take it slow & see how the story progress. I don’t wanna rush the fic, that also to add excitement & curiosity to the story too. Things will slowly unravel as it continues so I hope you guys aren’t rushing! Hope a comment & subscribe won’t be too much to ask ^^]
