In this story, Yeol is a character who is enduring a battle in her mind but also in her heart. Following the death of her best friend--Mari, Yeol is kept standing by Mari's voice that lives inside her head. Yeol is strong but only as strong as the voice that she hears. She believes that the only way she can continue to live is with Mari's voice and to find the person that brought an end to her best friend's life--Choi Taejoon. Yeol does everything that she can--even going to the lengths of giving up on her own dreams and interviewing to work in the same company as Taejoon. Yeol will do everything in her power to bring Taejoon down--even if it means that she will end up with the same fate as Mari. Throughout her journey, she will meet people that will start to change her for the better, help her believe in life again, but ultimately help her heal and find the peace that she has long forgotten.
