HYUKJAE POV>>>

 

As soon as Kangin Hyung and Teukie Hyung came I was really trembling because I don’t know what the hell happen to Hae he was really burning up and when I saw how he gasped for air like he was dying it scares me to hell

 

I cant stand seeing him so I get out of his room and wait outside

 

After an hour Teukie hyung came and tap my shoulder

 

“He’s fine don’t worry Hyuk” he said while smiling at me and all I could was to exhaled deeply

 

“thank god!” that’s all I say

 

While Hae was resting in his room my two Hyung’s were preparing breakfast and me was just staring at them while they are working on our meal

 

My mind was still on the happenings last night I kept blaming myself for what happen to Hae because its all my fault and now I don’t know how will I face Teukie Hyung

 

“hey monkey stop dreaming come on dig in we know you’re also hungry!” Said kangin Hyung

 

“yah Hyukjae come here and lets have breakfast!” this time it was Teukie Hyung who invited me so I get on my feet and joined them

 

I was eating silently when Teukie Hyung said

 

“Yah Hyuk I didn’t scold you so what’s with that long face and don’t play with the food you know I hate seeing that!” he said while taping my plate

 

“ah sorry Hyung its just I don’t know how will I face you about what happen last night I know its all my fault and I’m so guilty for what happen to you little brother” I said and stop playing with my food honestly I don’t have appetite to eat to joined them

 

Then teukie Hyung stop eating and he looked at me

 

“Hyukjae! Hmmm yeah at first I was mad because I was so shocked to hear that my brother was having an attack after all this year’s actually he has this psychological stress problem were his blood pressure rise up immediately and the tendencies he will have a hard time for breathing, and he will burn up so much after the attacks,

 

doctors said he can only cure himself because it’s a mental problem so were very careful and make it a point that we didn’t stress him because the doctor also said that the next attack will be fatal and it will also endanger Hae, the attack like last night I was really worried to death because I thought I will lose hae and I cant afford that to happen

Thankfully because he was grown up now I think he handle his attack this time and it didn’t became a fatal attack that we are very afraid to happen

 

I know it wasn’t your entire fault about what happen last night, and after you tell me what happen I know what really triggered to his attack and you know Hyuk I’m thankful because you’re here and save my little brother so don’t stress yourself   Hyuk, it was all accident okay!”  He said and smile at me like he usually do  

 

I try to smile at him even though I felt really bad for what happen so I force myself to eat and slide what I feel because Teukie Hyung already said it wasn’t my entire fault

 

“Hmmm Teuk you said year’s ago that Hae had an attack hmm when is that I think based on his appearance he look healthy to me so I’m shocked to know he has this psychological stress problem?” Kangin Hyung ask

 

“hmmm it was when Hae was what 14 or 15 years old when that incident happen I actually it was his mom who told me the real story of his psychological stress problem

 

She told me that after  Hae had an attack few years ago; and I was there to saw it I swear  after I experience that I was crying at what I saw because seeing him like he was about to die it scare the hell of me

 

 Hmmm that incident involve Hae’s father death scene” teukie Hyung paused and looked at Hae’s room then he continued his story

 

“Hae’s father was working in a bank; and in that day Hae fetch his dad so they could go together and attend  painting exhibit that day because it was Hae’s wish for his birthday ,  which is happen to be the day after and then tragedy happen

 

There was a robbery in that bank 5 notorious people rob the bank and get all the cash they could and as soon it was notify to the authority the police respond immediately to the robbery incident and since they are caught in the middle they used hostage

 

And they used Hae as their hostage and when things get intense it happen so past because the police sense that the robber will not cooperate they signal the shooter who was in near the area and targeting the hostage taker

 

Luckily they succeed and Hae was freed but then robber fight back and he point his gun at Hae which makes my little brother terrified and don’t know what to do he just watch the robber fire his gun

 

Then that’s when Hae’s father shield his body to protect his son according to hae’s Mom hae’s father been shot 5 times

 

And when it was happening Hae’s father was just hugging him and protect his son with all his might then one bullet across Hae’s father and it hits hae’s lungs so both of them been send to Hospital

 

Unfortunately Hae’s father didn’t make it while Hae’s was still in the O.R and fight for his life luckily he survived leaving him just the scar

 

Hae stay in the ICU for 1 month since the damage in his lungs is quite severe which makes him missed the funeral of his father

 

When Hae awake he first ask his father’s condition no one has the heart to tell him what really happen because they know it will makes Hae’s world collide since Hae look at his father as his role model,  and they just said he was still recovering  to make my little brother recover fast

 

 until Hae was fully recovered he finally knows the truth when accidentally he saw the news about the robbery incident which killed his father

 

Hae’s mom was crying when he tell me this, one day after she got back from her worked he look for hae since it was time for his medicine, and she was shocked to see Hae when she saw his son crying in front of the television like he was about to loosed his mind; and when Hae’s Mom realized what Hae was crying for

 

 She don’t know what to do since it was the first time she saw his son crying like that so in the end she also cry beside at his son;  but then one day Hae’s mom was shock to see Hae crying again and when she saw what Hae’s frighten that time that was when she realized that Hae was scared of gun or any people who wears mask and then the attacks happen that it lead to they called psychological stress problem, every time Hae saw gun or people wear mask it was like a phobia but then it was really scary attacks that if not immediately taken care of Hae will be in danger ;

 

Hae also had a hard time to communicate with people because of what he had experience he didn’t eat properly and don’t like to go out tendency he fall ill that he was forced to stop schooling because of his absences in school

 

His mother send him to a psychologist to help his son but then even the counselling was not really helping him since he was not actually cooperating too

 

That’s when Hae and his Mom moved to states and start a new life, because she think it will alos help hae to forget what happen and recover immediately,  living abroad was really hard because its really expensive to live there but since it will help Hae, Hae’s Mom  do every work she can for them to survive and live there but it was really hard and that’s when Hae’s mom decided to go back here in korea and work and finance his school there,  and then he meets my dad and we became family

 

Hae didn’t go back here in Korea immediately even in Hae’s Mom wedding he didn’t havet he guts to go back and they understand since Hae’s was not really ready, he stayed longer in states since it helps him to forget the incident and so he starts going to school make friends and he eventually moved on and healed himself there

 

And since we know he was okay Hae’s Mom decided that Hae must live here and continue his college here and because Hae was good son and he wants his mother to be happy so he came back and start to live in this country that he’s afraid before.

 

 After Teukie Hyung tells Hae’s life I can’t blame Kangin hyung to shed a tears because in all honesty in that age of 14 he experience that kind of tragedy in his life and even though I didn’t know Hae that much

 

When I knew him he was kind of a happy person and I didn’t know that his past was this dark and for him to smile like that I don’t know where the hell he gets all the strength to live on and start a new life well maybe its because with the help of his family which I envy the most

 

“ahm guys don’t tell him I tell you about his life okay he doesn’t like to share his dark past and he wants to forget and live life to the fullest like what his father wants to him, so don’t act things like you pitied him he hate it so much so just act natural and think you didn’t knew any of what I told you okay!” teukie Hyung said while he was cleaning the kitchen they used

 

“its easy for you to say that Teuk! but I cant act like I didn’t know anything,  but dont worry I will not tell him and I don’t pity him actually I admired him for his strength and don’t worry I will do anything to protect my little nemo! So don’t worry about him anymore Teuk!” Kangin Hyung said and from what I saw Teukie Hyung blushed hahaha such a lady

 

After we had breakfast teukie Hyung go to Hae’s room to check for his brother so I try peek and see what does the fish doing

 

And when I saw him I was shocked to see him wiping his tears while Teukie hyung was consoling him as he rubbing his back and soothe the fish

 

I cant help but to feel guilty again then I was about to leave them alone when I heard this

 

“Hyung is Hyukjae Hyung okay? Is he hurt or something?” he ask

 

Then I immediately look back and try to listen to them

 

“yes don’t worry his fine so just rest Hae okay!” Teukie Hyung said

 

“thank god his fine! Hyung don’t leave me okay! I’m really scared hmmm” he said while his head was resting in his hyung shoulder

 

“of course I will not leave you so sleep more okay!”  teukie hyung said

 

After what I saw I felt this urge feeling that this incident will never happen again and I swear I will do anything to protect Hae no matter what happen because I cant stand seeing him so sad and scared and helpless.
