“Are you positive that it's the person the president asked us to find?" A tall man with orient eyes and dark chocolate hair scanned the profile of a slightly shorter young man standing in front of him. “Of course I am, Kai!” He scowled. They talked in whispering voices in a dim lighted and isolated room. “Remember the last time I asked you to use your ‘magic ball’ to look at the women’s shower room and instead you lead the ball to the ogre shower room? So are you sure, bearer of the Light?”

Meanwhile in the human world,
"Thanks for the hard work." Yura bowed her head towards the other employees of the café she works part-time at. Although she was really tired from work, a faint smile was still visible from her dry lips as she walked arm and arm with her best friend of 12 years, Park Mina who also happens to work at the café too.

"The manager gave us a lot of pie leftovers that we didn't manage to sell." Mina raised the bag into view.

"Yup!" Yura happily chirps as she raises her own paper bag of peach pie.

"Hey, how are your applications for college going? I passed the neighboring women's college and Goong College’s entrance exams. My interviews are scheduled next week."

Yura's head perked up at the mention of colleges because she haven't received a single acceptance letter yet which was really odd because she was one of the top notchers in school.

"Mina, I haven't received a single letter yet." She sighed and looked up the empty sky. Mina snorted at the helpless looking Yura in front of her.

"That's impossible Yura! You're one of the smartest people I know!" Mina chuckles. "I'm glad you haven't lost faith in me because I’m losing faith for myself." Yura sighed and shook her head.

"Hey, hey." Mina pats Yura’s back with her empty hand as she tries to comfort her friend. "Maybe the mailing address you gave them was wrong, have you tried checking?"

Yura's head perked up once again. "Ah! That must be it!" She gave Mina a smack on her cheek. "Well, this is my street! Good night Mina!" Yura happily skipped.

Mina just looks at her friend with an amused smile as she waved her hand at the fading Yura.

“If you don’t trust me then go teleport to the human world and check her out for yourself!” Baekhyun rolled his eyes and snapped his fingers, the white orb once showing an image of Yura disappears into thin air and the lights in the dim room came back to life. “Okay, okay. Chill! It’s just that she wasn’t as pretty as I expected for a child of the royal priestess.” “Well, isn’t she half human or something?” Baekhyun snickered. “That explains it.” Kai nodded.
