Suzy and IU are still bestfriends. Same goes with Yoseob and L. Yoseob hasn't confessed his feelings for Jieun. And he is going to do this now.

At the park

I had the park filled with balloons & flowers. I hope she likes it. Oh, here she comes. 

"I-I l-like you, J-jieun. I hope you can accept my love," I said stuttering. I gave her the bouquet. She took it and said "Me too. But you don't need to say it like this. I will always accept your love even if you say it through phone," She gave me a peck in the lips. I blushed really hard. "We are official now?" She asked me cutely.  "I think so," I said trying not to stutter. "Cute," She said chuckling.
