Prologue
Blue InnocenceDonghae woke up with a strange feeling that something was not right. Then there was that strange smell that made him scrunch his nose. He slowly opened his eyes welcoming the sight of the white celling of the room he spent nearly every night in, the sight that never failed to make him feel nostalgic. He sighed before bringing his hand to the bedside table to reach for the clock. It was 9 a.m. and he knew he had to head back home. His mother needed him. He slowly raised himself not even wincing at the sting in his back, the comforter sliding off his body. He turned to the left to get up and he screamed in horror.
On the floor, there was lying a body, a body of a overweighed man he recognized immediately. The man was covered with blood and so was the part of the cream carpet just beside him. The next thing Donghae recognized was a knife, dirty with blood, resting few centimeters from the man’s body and Donghae’s own white dress shirt, the same he was wearing the day before, as well stained with the red substance.
“Mr Choi” he mumbled, his voice and entire body shivering violently, he attempted to get up but he was suddenly too weak for that. He hissed when he felt a pain in his wrist and he widened his eyes seeing a huge scratch with dried blood around the wound on his own skin.
