Prologue;

"Taeyeon, right?" The devil spoke in an enticing manner as she fixed her black blazer, dusting imaginary dust off of it. "I haven't heard of you before..." she started as a demonic smirk spread across her face. "... and you don't seem to be that famous with my workers here." 

"Y-Yes! I-I mean n-no. Wait, is that p-positive?" the girl who sat across her stammered. The devil ignored her question and continued her monologue. "You see, my workers here are very... dumb. That is, except for you, my dear." 

"H-huh? I'm sorry ma'am, but I don't really see what you mean. Hyomin is the smartest from our group and Jiyong got a--"

"Hush. I did not ask you to speak." she threw a glare at her. "I know about your struggles at home; your mother's in the hospital, and your father is just a useless drug addict--"

"I'm sorry, but please don't speak of them like that. Even though they are -- sorry." Taeyeon apologized once she felt her boss' glare once again. "So, I am offering you a proposal. In this proposal, I will pay for all of your expenses: your father's debts, you sister and brother's tuition fee, and the needed money for your mother's check-up and operation. Oh, and I will give you free housing, with all the appliances and furniture that you need."

Taeyeon looked at her as if she was some kind of fairy godmother before being able to crack a smile. "I see that you like this offer already." she commented. Taeyeon nodded intensely, she would do anything for this kind of payment. 

"You, my dear, just need to do one thing." she smiled wickedly as she crossed her legs upon sitting down. "YG Entertainment has an enemy. An enemy that I, too, despise. Your job is to crush them. Break them, and tear them apart." 

Taeyeon stared at her, wide-eyed as she blinked in confusion. "B-But... I d-don't like hurting people." she excused; though she would do almost anything for her offer, she could not and would not bring herself to hurt people. "Silly little Taeyeon, you're not hurting them but simply staining their name. Easy, right? Not unless, you want your mother to die sooner?" 

Taeyeon sighed as she fidgeted her fingers. She couldn't let an opportunity pass by, not now when her family needs her the most. "I'm waiting." Her boss tapped her fingers on the shiny, wooden desk as she propped her elbow, her chin resting on her palm. "M-May I have a few days to think?"

"No. It's now or never." She answered strictly, blowing her fingernails. Taeyeon raised her head up and fixed her spectacles, meeting her boss' eyes. "Do you promise to give all the things that you have said?"

"I am a woman of my words." she reassured. She has lured the prey into the trap. "Then, we have a deal ma'am..." Taeyeon trailed off, suddenly growing dry. "Please, call me Miss Jessica as you are working officially for me now." Her eyebrow raised; "Well? No more questions?"

"Um... er, what exactly is this certain enemy's name?"

Jessica's diabolical smile appeared once again; "Easy to remember; EXO." Taeyeon nodded before bowing down to her boss. "Thank you, Miss Jessica."

"Oh no, it should be me who's thanking you!"

As Taeyeon walked out of her boss' office, she felt the suffocating air disappear from her surroundings. She smiled before squealing; "I've made it, mom! Wait for me, Hayeon and Jiwoong!" She screamed before running back to her batch mates' office. After all, how hard could this 'crush EXO' job be? 

►  [6/19/14] Hooray for the new couple! This story will not be based on the couple(s) tagged though (maybe), and this will be quite different since this will be fluff rather than angst (the genre that I mostly write in). Anyway, please give this as much love! Thank you guys!
