Lee Hyorin came from a wealthy background. Rich parents, expensive mansion, an excellent paying job. Basically all the best things in the world. Everything she wanted, she got. Hyorin just happened to be born into one of the richest families in the nation and very few people had the chance to ever know what her life was like. It didn't spoil her though, it was just how she was raised.

She had everything....everything besides a significant other. Her parents thought it was because of her smart aleck ways. Her brother thought she was too picky. Everyone had an explanation as to why Hyorin hadn't been married off yet, but Hyorin herself knew the real reason. It was because those men that were introduced to her were all the same as her - rich because their dad owned some big business, studied in the States at some big prestigious school, and now was ready to get married so that they could produce the next generation of rich-ness. Those men were all the same and it got boring. No, she didn't need the newest Burberry bag - if she wanted it, she could buy it herself. No, she didn't need reservations at the best restaurants in the city - if she wanted to eat there, she could get her own reservations. And no thank you, she didn't want to travel to some remote island as a get away - if she wanted to travel, she could afford first class tickets herself. For once, Hyorin wanted someone just a bit different. Someone who didn't grow up in the same circle as she did.
