“Be good at school, hmm?”

Myungmie planted a kiss on Naeun’s cheek then after that she watches her daughter ran off to her school gates. Naeun walks back to her car until she saw a very familiar girl with a child doing the same thing that she and Myungmie did earlier.

“Oh, Naeun ah! Is that you?” the girl said when she saw Naeun then suddenly ran to her

“Suzy”

“Long time no see, when did you came back?”

“Few days ago, is that your son?” Naeun said while looking at the child besides Suzy

“Bye mom!”

“Bye Taehyung! Be good!”

“Yes” the boy answered then ran off

“Yes he is” Suzy smilingly said

“So you’re married. W-where’s your husband? Is he-?” Naeun asked

“He’s Seunghyun. He’s kinda busy right now. Remember him? We have the same course during college and it’s a very long story. Do you want to grab some coffee at Sungyeol’s shop?” Suzy invited

“Sure” Naeun returned her with a smile

“Oh Suzy!”

“Hey!”

“Naeun ah?!?!”

“Hi”

“Wow! It’s been a long time! You’re still pretty and y! Hahaha! Did you really give birth?!” Sungyeol amusingly said then Naeun just chuckled

“Aish this guy is so unfair! You never said that to me” Suzy interrupted

“Because I always see your face.”

“Tss. Whatever” she pouted

“By the way, Myungsoo’s here” Sungyeol said as he points him at the corner seat of the shop fixing something on his camera

“Come let’s join him” Suzy grabbed Naeun’s hand and pulls her towards the table where Myungsoo is seating

“Hey”

“Oh Suzy, you’re here” Myungsoo said then looked at the familiar girl beside Suzy, “Naeun too”

All of them seated together and talked about some things. It was Sungyeol and Suzy who keeps on talking and bringing up the topic while Naeun and Myungsoo are just laughing with their stories

“So Naeun, how did you meet your husband?” Suzy asked from nowhere while Myungsoo nervously sip on his coffee and of course his friend, Sungyeol, noticed it.

“Family friend” Naeun answered

“Where is he?” she asked again

“He’s not with me”

Myungsoo looked at Naeun’s eyes intently like trying to find a more specific answer. Suzy noticed the tension between the two but then she asks more

“He’s still in France?  Ehhh. Why did he let you and your daughter live alone here in Seoul”

“He’s already in heaven” Naeun said while trying to show a smile

“Oh, sorry”

“No its okay!” she laughs

After a few minutes, Suzy bid her farewell after she received a text from someone saying she has another appointment so only the three of them left. Trying to break the silence, Naeun started to talk

“How about you, Sungyeol? Did you find any girl already?”

“Ahh. No time for that. I think I would rather grow old. Girls are so unpredictable!” he answered so Naeun just gave him a laugh

“How about you, Myungsoo?” she hesitatingly asked

“Him? How? He’s still into you!” Sungyeol interrupted as if he was the one being asked

Myungsoo choked on his coffee after hearing Sungyeol and gave him a death glare. Naeun looked at the two guys infront of him trying to control his laugh

“Ah, I better go! There are a lot of costumers. Bye” Sungyeol stood up from his seat and ran off

“Ya! Lee Sungyeol!” Myungsoo shouted then Naeun started to laugh

“W-why are you laughing? He’s just joking” he nervously said trying to avoid her gaze to him

“Both of you are still not changing”

“Yeah right, he’s still childish”

They smiled to each other

“Where’s your daughter?”

“She’s at school. I’ll be fetching her later”

“Oh”

“Y-you want to come with me?”

Myungsoo stared at Naeun

“Haha. No, I mean if you’re not busy but I think you are so better not-“

“It’s fine with me. I’ll go with you” Myungsoo said while flashing a smile that Naeun really missed so she smiled also

“I’ll go to the comfort room first”

“Sure”

Naeun excused herself while Myungsoo heard his phone buzz and checked it,

“Tsss. These two” Myungsoo smirked then looked at the outside window watching the busy people walking around

“I wonder if these people are experiencing this too” he said to himself
