Youngjae turns over again for the sixth time in ten minutes, he snuggles up with the bunched duvet trying to get comfortable, but he just can’t sleep. Movement at the end of the bed catches his eyes, Einstein; the Persian cat that he had since senior year of college is bathing himself yet again, causing the bell in the end of his collar to ring.

He closes his eyes and tries to put himself to sleep, but it’s just not possible, he isn’t used to sleeping without Clara in his arms, and she is so immersed into reading that book. Youngjae will have to resort to extreme measures to get her attention. He starts slow at first, fidgeting, twisting and turning, this causes her to glance at him but its not enough. Next he nudges her leg with his, under the cover, to this she kicks his chin, but resumes reading as he is squirming in pain and groaning. He looks to Einstein with a can you believe what she did expression, and only gets a judgmental look that only cats can manage.
