The Eighth Chapter: Something borrowed

Eric took Dongwan’s hand. They walked in silence in the park when suddenly Dongwan turned around and looked up at the man. He kissed him, as hungrily as he always did and pulled off. He still loved Eric, of course, but he just had no sparks.

“Remember,” he said. “Tomorrow we’ll have triple date.”

Eric’s eyes visited at Dongwan’s and only thing he could think of was Hyesung. He hadn’t been able to contact him after they had come back from Japan. The main vocalist hadn’t answered his Kakao Talk messages at all and he was getting anxious. Had he now been with Andy? Had he gotten over him because of Andy? Had he taken his love back?

“How could I forget?” Eric asked with a smile, the cheeks.

He loved Dongwan. His heart still beat to him too, but Hyesung was something…different. Something new. Something…borrowed.

Dongwan leaned in again and this time the arms went around the neck and his toes lifted him up. Eric laced his arms behind the back and embraced the witty guy. Dongwan sighed and grabbed the hand as they walked off.

“Did you miss me?” Minwoo questioned, his legs over Junjin’s lap. “Did you miss me at least a bit?”

“I did.” Junjin grinned. “You know, my hyung was very delighted to see me.” He replied. “And he would’ve wanted to meet you, but he had other things to do when he came to Seoul.”

Minwoo leaned his head onto the backrest of the sofa and Junjin’s upper arm. All he could think about was Dongwan. His wicked mind wanted to grab him into a stern hug and kiss the life out of him. But he was now stuck between Dongwan and Junjin. And good god how much he loved Junjin. Of course he did.

Junjin glanced at his hyung and recalled what had happened with the maknae just couple of hours ago. That made his cheeks red. He leaned in and pecked Minwoo, smiling and rubbing his cheek, before he slid back to his seat and turned his head over the phone that wasn’t flickering. No calls. No texts. Was Andy mad at him? Had he gotten courage and done it with Hyesung? No. He couldn’t. He didn’t love him. But…he hadn’t really said that to Junjin. Nor had Junjin said it to him either.
