imagine yourself on a high rise building and peering over the edge, mere inches from plummeting to your doom. you sigh, unable to take the next few steps and relinquish yourself in the heavenly abyss you so much desired for. then you hear a cry. a hollaring from behind you, causing you to turn around, and there stood the one you love. drenched in their own tears, they're pleading you not to go, begging you to cling onto the good things in life. you clench your palms into fists and you shake from all the tears that are cascading down your face. you don't want this, you were numb. crossing your arms over your chest, you leaned back, only hearing the sheer echoes of your loved one cry to you as you became one with the earth.

and then you sat up, completely shocked at the riveting story you had just read. you sigh in relief and place a hand over your chest. some things are better left as fiction.
