They were working on a project called 'the special case'. Their mission was to the capture the assets - or at least it was what they called the people with super powers. He felt sorry for them. Most of the time they were forced against their own will and became a laboratory experiment. Some failed, some succeed. Some died, some lived in fear. But the government offered protection. They will train them in exchange they have to serve the government. It wasn't a bad deal, and he wondered why most of them refused and ran away. Like the girl on the screen did.
