Babysitting EXO II: The SoShi Secret [Quick ending at last chapter!]Short update, sorry, guys. I'll be busy from now, and it will be for a while. PS, not proof-read.
“Our age and height differences didn’t matter…
… because we agreed on it soon after.”
Everyone watched as Tiffany unconsciously ran towards the garden yearning to see her roses.
The boys glanced at each other until Kyungsoo spoke, “Does she remember?”
Baekhyun patted Chen’s back, “Chen, you’re dead. You killed half her roses.”
With that, Chen’s feet dragged him after Tiffany and the rest followed suit. Once they got to the garden, they saw Tiffany hurrying to grab the water hose. She then marched to her roses and began to spray some water on her flowers until she halted into a complete stop.
Tiffany stood there, completely frozen. She looked at her hands in shock, wavering slightly. Her hand let go of the hose as she took a little step back, the hose almost colliding with the roses.
“Noona—are you okay?” Chen inquired as he took a step towards Tiffany.
She immediately shouted for him to stop and not come any near, even anyone else. “Just… stay there.”
“Pani, are you okay?” Yuri asked.
“You’re not feeling sick, unnie?” Seohyun asked then.
“No…” uttered the bewildered Tiffany.
“Then what’s wrong with you?”
“I just… I was dreaming and… and… I woke up and… this happened,” she tried to answer, “and now I’m here and… I don’t know…”
“What dream?”
“That I was watering my roses… here…” Tiffany replied.
“But it’s the first time we’ve been here,” Yoona interrupted. “That’s impossible.”
“It’s… it’s not…” Jessica mumbled under her breath as she looked away.
“It’s not your first time here, how many times do we have to tell you?” Kai had asked in a complaining manner.
“What proof do you have?!” Yoona shouted, and Kai only rolled his eyes.
“This,” Sehun butted in, holding a picture and showing it to everyone. It was a picture of Tiffany watering her roses of different colours with her big bright smile, “It’s the same spot, obviously.”
“What else did you dream about?” Chen asked calmly. Something in his voice made him sound hopeful. Maybe it was the hope that Tiffany will finally remember, maybe not, but Chen was more than willing to get his hopes up that not try at all.
Tiffany seemed to give in, wanting to get the confusion out of her mind, “Well… it was different already… but it was here,” she pointed at the wooden bench-table right near the garden, “and I was writing on this piece of wood… ‘Young Love’, was it?” She tried to remember.
Tiffany’s response sparked the flame of Chen’s hope. “If you would let me,” he began, “I’d like to show you something. Just here.”
Tiffany stepped back a little, indicating for Chen to go on. He took that chance and walked towards Tiffany. He halted just in front of her, kneeled in front of the roses and with his hand, shoved some of the bush and leaves away, revealing some wood on the dirt with the words ‘Young Love’ written on it.
Chen turned his head to look up at Tiffany, and he found her gasping in surprise.
“You named the pink roses ‘Young Love’ because it has a less passionate meaning of love compared to the red roses, which you named ‘Passionate’. ‘Young Love’ also means they still need to grow to have a deeper meaning of love.” He began explaining, “You loved and took care of these roses so much you gave them names according to what they mean.”
With that, Sehun opened one of the photobooks they were allowed to open and showed pages of it to Tiffany, “Noona, these were pictures of you taking care of the roses every day.”
“You’ve been her
