Love Can Set You Free
Description
Trapped and depressed, scared and unsure, lonely and unloved, can something set both Jaebum and Jinyoung free?
Jaebum is the resident bad boy of the school. He smokes after class, he gets drunk at the weekends and he passes through school attaining minimum grades. His mother died when he was young and since then his father, a top lawyer, has been busy dating many young women, some just a few years his son’s senior. Bullying and picking on many of the weaker kids at the school is his way of dealing with the pain of his broken family and Jaebum sees the newly transferred shy student Park Jinyoung as perfect fresh bait.
Jinyoung is the newly transferred boy at the school and takes pride in how far he has come from his humble beginnings and his subsequent escape from poverty in North Korea. His strained relationship with his mother and his objections to her lifestyle and profession are the least of his worries when he arrives as a prestigious school in Seoul. Unsure of what lies ahead of him, he is suddenly left on his own, alone, in uncomfortable and unnerving situations and places.

Foreword
I want to become shampoo, flowing down your hair
I want to cover you with my thick scent
If you used to like other scents, erase them now
I’ll make you drunk with all the scents in the world that don’t exist
The moment my lips say “I love you,” it’s the end
The moment you fell for me, even one second’s too long
I want everyday, I love this moment
When we touch it’s a fantasy
If you hurt me, if you make me sad
I’ll make your eyes sting
I’m going to bury myself in you so no one else can take you
You can’t erase my scent
