Chapter 10
Soul MateYour P.O.V
How long have I been dreaming? I should probably go back to reality now. But, these dreams are so wonderful. Maybe I should dream just a little bit longer. It doesn’t hurt to dream right?
Now I’m walking through a plain of grass. The smell of grass is nice. I liked it.
“Yah, stop running away from me. Don’t make me go and get you!”
I turned around to see who the familiar voice was coming from.
Dongwoon.
I remember this.
It was his senior year. We were running around the field which his parents owned in the country side.
“Whatever oppa, you know I can run really fast.”
Suddenly, his arms wrapped around my waist.
“Gotcha.” He whispered into my ear.
We were playing around as if we were little kids.
How I miss those pair of strong arms around me again. I looked really happy back then.
I smiled.
Maybe if I would have told him how I felt, maybe we wouldn’t just be like this. I wanted something more. My heart wants something more.
Is it too late now? Has he changed much? I wonder how he is right now.
Suddenly, I’m in the middle of a busy street. Tons of people walking past me. None of them seems to have the ability to see me.
I could care less. It must be another one of my dreams.
But where am I? I don’t believe I’ve been to this place before.
I looked around my surrounding, finding a hospital across the street, an ice cream shop behind me. And some other various kinds of shops, clothing, electronics, book store and etc.
Trying to explore this place, I decided to walk around. Not knowing where I’m heading to. There were beautiful buildings at this place. But barely any gardens.
As I walk further and further, I saw a beautiful church. No one seems to be going into this place. Perhaps I can walk in there.
The sight of the church almost took me off guard. It’s so beautiful, inside and out.
Never realized how churches can be so beautiful. Everything is so elegant. I wish I could visit here more often.
“Is somebody there?” A priest said. He was coming out from one of the hallway.
“I’m sorry, I didn’t mean to disturb you. I was just walking….Wait sir, you can see me?”
“Well of course I can see you. What kind of odd question is that? I can see everyone. Come in, come in, you’re my guest.” The priest smiled at me.
I followed him to a room. It was filled with books. Beautiful books.
“Lost in your dreamland?” The priest suddenly asked me with a smile.
