It’s Friday, a sunny and bright Friday, but I’m catching a cold.

I’m sneezing again and again, and it makes my classmates wonder if I’m okay or not. I have to attend classes or I’ll fail the test next week. It will be a final test for some subjects.

“Soojung, Jongin is looking for you!”

My heart shatters into pieces. How sweet, he even comes to my classroom. Their relationship seems in progress, and they’re expected to be a couple in less than a month. They’re so full of hope, meanwhile I’m too hopeless.

Soojung walks out the class. I can hear Kim Jongin asks her if she has got better; she caught a cold yesterday. She says she gets better and better and she doesn’t get any headache anymore, so she can live her life like usual.

Meanwhile I, one of the victims who are infected by her contagious flu virus, suffer of sneezing ten times in one minute hardly.

It sounds like making excuses to hate her, but isn’t it enough to make my heart hurt so bad?

I don’t have a Kim Jongin to ask me if I’ve got recovered from the cold or not.
