The love of my life grins at me across the street, as I beckon her to come join me. Her long black hair flows behind her as she runs towards me, when the traffic light signaled the cars to stop. As she makes her way to the middle of the street, I see a speeding car coming towards her and I try to react as fast as I can. I jump over cars and run in between gaps; until I see her frail body comes in contact with the white sports car. My heart aches as I see blood stain the concrete, as I run towards her. I embrace her in my arms one last time, not caring if my shirt got stained, and whisper in her ear, “I love you.”

Coping with the loss of someone isn't easy. But if there's someone there for you, everything will be better.
