Foreword

This is my second fanfic!!!! (━┳━ _ ━┳━) I told myself that my Luhan one was going to be my only one...

 

This is a oneshot about you and Kyungil. Which is funny cause he isn’t even my bias in the group. LOL Jaeho is.

 

I apologize if the summary doesn’t make sense with the story. Or if the story doesn’t make sense in general. I'm not very good with writing fanfics.

 

I did not plan on writing this. But I watched HISTORY’s What Am I to You MV like when it came out and when it was Kyungil’s “story” part with him and that girl, I was like, “Oh! This would be a really good fanfic.” But I did nothing. Then I watched the MV again yesterday and I got feels and wanted to write it. I was thinking of making this an angsty ending, but I don’t like angsty ending. So I put a happy ending. I used some of the lyrics in the dialogue. I’m sorry TT^TT Aheheheheheh /gets shot/

Chapter 1: Oooh, the Kyung Il feels, I can totally identify with how you feel (Jaeho's my bias, too, but ugh, Song leader is too much sometimes OTL).
I love you for writing this fic, it's awesome that History gets some love and so close to the story from the MV, as well! I've loved no release more than What Am I To You, it was basically my song of 2013, so I'm so glad to finally read a fanfic about it. You even mentioned Yijeong (which leaves room for some side story, haha, how about it? :D). The romance was nice but I like how the others interacted too, and that the girlfriend rushed to safe him instantly. Guess that escalated quickly, idiot boys, hehe. :D But without some help, this might not have turned out well.
I liked the details in the drinking/partying scenes, that created some atmosphere and the broken hearted guy fleeing his pain fits the style of the MV, I can only repeat myself, really well. Of course it's all a bit cliched but knowing the concept, I thought it was pretty deep, what with him being changed and returning to his pattern without her. He seemed somewhat drunk in the end, too, and the bridge was a cool allusion (both on purpose? Do tell me xD). Anyway, the turn was sweet, I enjoyed it from start to ending.
Nice take on it all, I hope there'll be more History fics from your part! :))
