I hear loud footsteps, and then my uncle and BoNa are in front of me in an instant looking worried, then they both give me suffocation-worthy hugs. 'Where have you been? We've been looking all over for you' Lee blurted 'We had to leave school for an emergency medical check up at the hospital, and we made it back to school to pick you up when school had closed, but you were nowhere to be found' BoNa said all in one breath, she never ceases to amaze me. 'We headed back home hoping you'd be here, but when we got here, you weren't! Where were you?' Lee said, almost screaming. I didn't reply. I couldn't. I just stood there like a statue, smiling a goofy smile. 'I think she needs to rest, I'll take her to the room' The rest of the night was a blur, but I remembered one thing. He kissed me. *A day later* I'm hyperactive today, I want to go to school as soon as possible so I can see him. This morning, I told the family that I had been sleeping in the teachers' office, and it was quite believable, so we were good to go. Lee and I got to class just in time for class, BoNa had also gone to her class for lectures. We got into the class, and I immediately surveyed the class looking for Hyun Joong, and after seconds, I finally found him, looking silently cool as ever. And looking at me. He falshed me a slight grin, and I couldn't help but blush. 'Suljini!' Lee said 'Huh? What?' 'I said, we should take our seats. Mr. Kim will be here any moment from now.' We took our seats. That's when Shin Hye walked in, Kim Bum in tow, still smiling! Shin Hye was smiling too, and the smile got broader when she spotted me. She walked right up to my desk. 'Good morning, Suljini. I'm so sorry for what happened last night. Have fun today!' she said, going to her seat. Hmm, what's going on? I looked at her. She definitely had something up her sleeves. I got to find out soon enough. After the headmaster came in to announce that Mr. Kim was sick and wouldn't be able to come today, everybody started receiving texts. Well, everyone except me. And Hyun Joong apparently. He didn't bring out his phone. #Sigh. He kissed me. Something weird was going on, everyone who raised his head from his/her phone immediately started staring at me and Hyun Joong. What was going on? Lee was headed straight at me, looking somewhat mad. 'What is this, suljini?' He barked, putting the screen of his phone in front of me. 'What's wrong, Min Ho?' I took the phone from him and read the text. "New student suljini, and Kim Hyun Joong were out last night having the time of their lives. They sealed their fun with a passionate kiss right outside suljini's house"... Whaaat? Who did this. I turned back, and sure enough, Shin Hye was grinning that evil grin of hers. I looked back at Lee. 'Is that true?' he asked. I didn't know what to say '... Not all of it' I replied. 'So you lied to us when you were really out kissing a guy?' Why was he so worked up? Kissing a guy wasn't a crime, was it? 'And so what if I kissed a guy? It was all your fault I was out late afterall. You left without even informing me!' The whole class was silent now. Why does that always happen? Lee just scoffed and retreated to his seat. What's his problem if I kissed a guy or not? He's acting like a baby. I gave Hyun Joong an apologetic look, but he just smiled and mouthed "No problem" I blushed. He kissed me. I made it through most of the classes, and vowed to myself that I'd make Shin Hye pay, but I was given detention when my phone rang in class during the last lesson before closing. Immediately, Hyun Joong's phone also rang, and so did Kim Bum's and Choi Min Ho's. Seemed more than just coincidence to me. So four of us were going to stay back for an hour in detention, and Min Ho doesn't look like he's going to wait for me, so I guess I'll be going home alone today again, just like yesterday.
