He meets this chick (from america) and slowly falls in love. But later,something tragic happens to her (like she gets hit by a car or something) and Tao witnessed the WHOLE thing. He's crying hella bad,but since he has hispowers,he can rewind time to before this happened. BUT he can't control how far back he goes,so if he were to use his power,he could possibly rewind back to before they met (so she would have NONE of the amazing memories they made together) and he'd have to start all over and make her fall in love with him again.
