Jimin put down the ipad where she’s been reading articles of their comeback and the comments that people left.  She stood up and walked toward the huge mirror in the waiting room and stared at her reflection. 

She couldn’t help the insecurities that overcame her.  All she saw was that she was too fat, too ugly, and too silly.  Just like what the people who commented on the articles said about her. She couldn’t help the tears that came down her face as she looked down at her thighs. 

No matter how much she worked out, she couldn’t seem to lose the weight and there were such hateful comments online about how fat she is and how she needed to lose weight. 

She loved food and she used to think that she wasn’t too big for her age group, and she used to believe that her weight was close to how a healthy girl should weigh her age but ever since she began her debut, instead of talking about her voice and her talent, people liked to talk about her weight.

 And although she laughed at radio shows and joke around in broadcasts, when she was alone, it hurt.

The pain gets overwhelming at times that she couldn’t stand staring at herself. 

She’d berate herself for not having more self-control over her eating habits.

What those vicious people online that left hurtful comments didn’t know is that there was nothing they said that she hadn’t already tell herself in the confine of her own room where she let her tears flow out freely.  But now, the tears were flowing down and she desperately wanted it to stop because she wasn’t home.

Jimin quickly wiped the tears away from her face as she looked up at the door.

“Jimin ah, what are you doing in there?”

Jimin panicked when she heard BamBam’s voice.  She thought that everyone has left for the day and she was alone.

“I’m coming,” Jimin called out as she smoothed her dress down, mopped up the tears with her hand, and put her hair down so it’d cover half of her face before she opened the door. 

“What are you d--?”  BamBam trailed off when he saw the redness of her eyes and nose and the way she was avoiding his eyes.  He has never seen her cry before.  In fact, she was always laughing or joking around and it was why he liked her.  It was why he was seeking out her company now. 

“What’s wrong?”  He asked as he closed the door behind him. 

“N-nothing,” she said before she let out a forced laugh.  “What’s up?”

BamBam watched her as she moved away from him and he watched as she threw a shirt over the mirror to cover it up and it was such a peculiar thing to do that he didn’t know what to make of it. 

“What’s going on Jimin ah?”  He asked again and she shook her head and she gave another laugh that sounded forced and fake to BamBam’s ears.  “I’m not going anywhere until you tell me why you locked yourself in a room and was crying.”  He said as he crossed his arms across his chest and leaned back against the door.

“There’s nothing going on.  Sheesh, why don’t you ever listen?”  She asked and her annoyance and frustration were evident in her voice. 

“Because I like you,” he said and she let out a frustrated sigh because BamBam was always saying that to her as if it excused everything he does.

“I know, I know, I like you too.  Now can you leave me alone for five minutes?”  She asked as she turned away from him because the tears were beginning to come down her face again, this time it was out of shame that she didn’t hold it in until she was alone in her room like she always did. 

BamBam watched the way she stood and his attention was drawn to the ipad screen, he walked over and picked it up and his face darken with anger when he read the hurtful comments people were leaving on an article about their comeback.

“Why do you read that crap?”  He asked as he exited out of the article and Jimin spun around and grabbed for her ipad, embarrassed t
