Park Chorong (Your POV)

My family and Luhan's family has always been close.  Luhan and I, have known each other since childhood.  He was a stubborn and mean brat, while I was the stupid weirdo. He lives nextdoor and his window is across from mine, but he throws rocks at my window to get my attention. Yup! I guess you could say we weren't on good terms. But even so, we were still very much like best friends.  He would always play one of the most stupid tricks on me and try to get everything better than me. 

Yea... the nerve of that guy...

But... ya know, sometimes he's really sweet and caring

But still... he's annoying as ever

Ok.. Im going to get to the point here, I used to like him back in middle school years.

But  even if I did liked him, he only sees me as a little annoying girl he's been with his whole life, which was mostly true

It all changed though... My best friend, Son Naeun

It was only a few weeks after her ex boyfriend broke up with her, Lee Taemin...

She was miserable as ever since that break up, that's when I decided to let her meet Luhan and talk to him and become friends

... unfortunately I was wrong

They became more then friends

They got so close with each other that whenever I' m with them I feel invisible 

I can't forget that "one" day....

February 14 (PAST)

"Chorong-ah! Hurry and Wake Up! Its Valentine's day!" said a familiar voice

"Eh?" I said waking up from my bed with my my eyes half way open

"Hello? Its February 14.. the day of love and doves~" said Naeun

"N-Naeun... how'd you get in here" I said scratching my head curiously

"Your mom opened the door for me to get in... ANYWAYS Im going to pick your clothes today, so hurry and go do morning routines in the bathroom" said Naeun pulling me off my bed

"Ah WAEEE~ HAJIMA!!!" i said holding on to my bed stand

"Oh my god! GET OFF!" she said pulling me by my legs

unfortunately she succeeded and shoved me into my bathroom to get ready

I was washing my face and stopped when I saw the towel Luhan gave me

O yeah! I forgot Luhan.. I wonder if he's going to school today, he hates Valentines Day... Probably not

" Finally! Done!" I said wiping my face with the towel

I walked out the bathroom and saw Naeun standing smiling brightly

"AHHH! Woman... you scared me! Why are you standing he-" I didn't even finished my sentence when she dragged me into my room

"Ok ok ok, let go!" I said trying to remove her grip off of me

"Here wear this!" she said giving me a simple white dress

"ew. Why am I wearing a dress again?" I said staring at her disgustedly

"Cause it's Valentines Day and you almost never wear dresses so~ WEAR IT!" she said glaring holes into me

I quickly put the dress on and looked at myself in the mirror 

"See~ You don't look bad!" Naeun said reassuring me

"Here I'll do your hair" she said and sat me down on my bed 

"Ya know, I totally procastinate about this!" I said while she did my hair

"Haha I know, but cheer up! Get in the mood for once, you always wear casual clothes on Valentines day." she said

"I do that for a reason" I said still procastinating

"Ok, done! Not too fancy and not too casual" she said 

I stood up and looked at my reflection in the mirror.

"Wow..." i was speechless

It's not fancy but I like it. It looks normal.

 

"Wah~ Unnie, you're so pretty!" Naeun said 

I smiled and actaully felt good about this unusual change

"Hey, why don't I put some make up on you?" she said smiling

"Uh... I think NO!" I said

"Ok Ok, this is good enough! Kaja~" she said dragging me off to school

"CHORONG! REMEMBER TO BRING LUHAN!" my mom yelled as I closed the door

"Luhan? He never comes to school on Valantines Day though." I said

"I texted him and told him to come! He actaully said yes!" Naeun said smiling brightly 

When I tell him to come, he never comes... 

"Oh..." 

"Let's go meet him" Naeun said as we went next door to Luhan's house

"Chorong, Why don't you knock?" Naeun said

"Neh..." 

I slowly knocked the door but by the 4th knock, out came an angel

"What do you want?" he said coldly

What's with him? He never really acted like this before 

"Oh! Hi Naeun!" Luhan said blushing

"Hi" She said smiling wider than ever

Weird....

"Uhmm.. No Hi for me?" I said jokingly and punched his shoulder

"YAH! I can say hi to you if I want too! Besides I see you all the time!" he spat at my face

Gosh....Sorry, I never knew he was that sensitive

"Don't be mean to Chorong unnie, Luhan. She's just joking around" Naeun said supporting me

Luhan looked at her and started smiling "Oh, you're right~ Sorry Chorong-ah"

That piece of crap... who does he think he is when he just spat at my face and apologizes the next -.-

"School starts soon! Let's hurry! Kaja!" Naeun said and linked arms with both Luhan and I

[FAST FORWARD]

"Naeun, Chorong!" Lime said greeting us

"LIMEYYY~" I yelled and ran towards her

"Ohohoho~ Are you trying to impress someone today" Lime asked 

"Ani~ Wae?" 

"You're wearing a dress, Chorong..." Nara said

"Can't I wear a dress?"

"It's not that... but.. YOU. PARK CHORONG. You hate dresses" Bomi said 

"Ok that's true.... but I wanted to try one today so yea!" I said

"The Valentine Ceremony is about to start!" Ara said running towards us and dargging us with her

Oh yippee. Valentine. Ceremony. The only ceremony where guys and girls get to give confessions and to ask each other out. 

No... That is definitely not my style. But... should I do it this year... Will Luhan accept me??

"Students, The ceremony will last for 2 hours until back to class time! So please don't regret this chance and do it!" The prinicpal said throught the speaker

All the students gathered in the gym and it started in 1 second when I saw girls and guys coming to each other and interacting

"Bye Chorong, We are going to explore this whole place and photobomb people.. so bye" Eunji said and left with the 10 other girls

Wait! 10? Where's Naeun /sigh/ Alone once again...

"Confessing to anyone?" a voice asked behind me

I turned around and met Suho's eyes

"Me? Uhmm.. Maybe.. I don't know" I said hesitately

"It's Luhan isn't it?" 

I looked at Suho surprised of how he knew

"Chorong, your actions might not be obvious for others but it is to me"

"You have to go and confess or else you'll regret it!"

"I really don't know. He's been really cold to me nowadays and I feel discouraged" I said looking down

"If he doesn't accept you, then I promise I'll support you from now on! Arrasseo?" He said holding onto my shoulders

"You're right... I should!" 

"I'll come with you." He said and followed me

I ran to different parts of the whole school trying to look for Luhan:

The garden, Music class, Behind the School, Cafeteria, and finally.. the rooftop

A whole crowd of students were on the rooftoop

Why is there so many people...

"Naeun-ah~ Will you be my girlfriend?" 

Naeun! 

I ran to the voice and saw what I shouldn't have seen

"YES! YES! YES!" Naeun said and jumped into the guy's arms

.... Luhan 

W-What... N-Naeun and L-L-Lu....

It even hurts to say his name

My best friend and the guy I've liked

I ran out of the scene crying with tears all over my face

"Chorong-ah!" Suho said

"I KNEW THIS WOULD HAPPEN! I SHOULDN'T HAVE TRIED TO FIND HIM!" I said sobbing

"I really didn't know this would happen.. Mianhae" Suho said as he came closer to me and hugged me 

I snuggled up to his chest and cried on his shoulder

"I promised that I would support you wouldn't I? and I will" He said
