I was looking at the wooden lines on the floor,"What if I say I like you? Is it necessary?" I paused abruptly. His words spinning in my head.
"I doubt so." I managed seconds later, a lump in my throat.
"Oh." He contemplate that. "why?" As if he don't know the reason.
"Apparently, I'm too ordinary."
He lifted my chin, examining my face.
"You look like the opposite of ordinary actually." My heart was thudding erratically in my chest.
He bent his face slowly to mine, laying his cheek against my skin, I held perfectly still.
"Mmmmmm..." He breathed.
It was very difficult, when he was touching me, to frame a coherent question. It took a minute of scattered concentration to begin.
"W-why?"
"Because you are much more than that" He murmured, ending with a whisper. His nose gliding to the corner of my jaw. I felt his hand, lighter than a moth's wing, brushing my damp hair back, so that his lips could touch the hollow beneath my ear.
I began again, but his fingers were tracing my collar bone, and I lost my train of thought.
I pulled away suddenly, we stared cautiously at each other for a moment, and then, as his clenched jaw gradually relaxed, his expression became puzzled.
"Did I do something wrong?"
"No, quite of opposite, you are driving me crazy." I explained.
"Really?" A triumphant smile slowly lit his face.
I scowled at him, but I yawned without warning and he laughed.
"It's only 10pm. Chloe." He glanced at his watch.
"I know but I'm up early today."
"Okay" he suddenly stood up. "Let's get you to bed."
"W-wait, now?" I gasped.
"What are you thinking huh?" He laughed again.
"N-no but.." I could feel a blush coming up.
"Where's your pyjamas?" He looked around my room.
"Um, I'll go change then." I went to the other side of my room, and pick out a large sweat shirt and shorts. I couldn't tell him I wore his hoodie to sleep right? I gasped at t
